I make a killer chicken tortilla soup like chick filet that's my only soup besides 13 bean cause I like hearty thicker soups so I cant wait to make this it's like my moms macaroni soup almost.good comfort food!

We haven't had enough cold days in a row to make me want to make soup. I do hope it cools down somewhat over here, but maybe not quite as cold as the 30's. Lol. I hope it warms up some for you soon.
What are your tips on someone that grew up in a household, with milk allergy family members, who isn't familiar with cheese taste or cheese period. I use an Italian blend cheese mix in a bag. I also have fresh parmesan and I am out of ricotta which would make this much better.
I have done this in the crock pot with raw noodles and it's delicious. :-) I cook it on high for about 3 hours.
