Stumbled Upon An Adit - A Quick Day of Prospecting

I stumbled upon an adit while doing a quick day of prospecting. I did not find much in this video besides this adit. On this trip I got a better understanding for the location as well as the rock. Sulfides can be found near quartz veins within the hard metasedimentary rock here. This was a shorter video today with not much to show. I have been busy preparing for a class geology trip so, I decided to do a quick video before I went.

Braver than I. (the adit) By myself I tend to shy away from that. My luck, a Mt. LION lives there and she just had kittens.

1. Every rock you pointed at was worth crushing and panning the black sands. Then acquire equal amounts black sands with bismuth rock and heat up 1800 degrees in bone ash cupel to turn black sand into yellow and silver buttons. 2. Acquire gorilla cart them white bull quartz back to the truck, that was couple grand you left on the mountain ⛰. 3. You walked past the vein in that adit. 4 feet on the right you missed it with that flashlight low on battery? 4. Acquire chain crusher powered by angle grinder rechargeable battery. Turn the bull quartz and crushed to run out on your sluice box or shaker table.

Its the first 20 feet you need to be careful of for critters. Do you have head lamp? Check out Jeff Williams and Dan Hurd here on UA-cam. They can teach you a lot about finding gold. Can I suggest you slow your camera movement down? Also always check out the tailings piles. Old miners were mainly looking for larger gold.
