Wow! Just wow! This was so tough. As the workout progressed my weights go lighter & lighter so I could keep my form. I recommend this one, everyone. It’s really tough but you won’t regret it. Thanks Penny. I’m on rest days now till Monday ( although I may squeeze in another one tomorrow 👍💪🏻🤣😂). Have a great weekend everyone, the weather in the UK is wet & wild - more like autumn than spring 😱, so will plan something indoors 😘

Time fly for you! It took me 1 hour to complete. Was a struggle but I so proof did it. Thank you for the great workout I am Wet with sweat...now protein and shower for work!
Hard!! Heart rate never slowed but that’s good! My favorite was the circuit with the curtesy lunge overhead thrust move. Really felt that one in my sides and it forces you to think about core stability. Thank you for posting these!!
