this balm didn't do a great job at removing my eye make up either... and it's non waterproof. i stopped using it because i need to run and rub and rub for it to remove enough of the makeup for the second cleanse to get rid of everything.

Ideally I’d like to get off the Finasteride and replace with the iRestore due to some well known side effects, but only if the iRestore is going to have a tangible impact. Hi Susan! I am in my 3rd month of using the iRestore and all I can say is that it has been the only thing that gave me hope! It has helped me with slowing down my hair loss problem. I’ve been taking espirolactone 100-150mg for 2 years now, and it really didn’t make any big difference as I kept loosing a lot of hair. Like you, I have tons of hair but it got to the point that if I didn’t do anything, I was going to simply keep loosing even more hair sbs at a higher speed, so I just knew that I had to do something else. I’ve also been applying a 5% minoxidil from the Virtue hair care line and the iRestore device every other day. It is to keep in mind that my husband started using the device three months prior to me, and his hair has grown significantly! His previous almost bold areas are completely filled with new hair!!! I first started applying a 5% Minoxidil which works ok but when in combination with the iRestore laser therapy it was when I noticed a big improvement. These two are a powerful and effective treatment that is safe to do at home. I only apply the 5% Minoxidil three days a week and natural oils on the other days. Question: If you decide to do another UA-cam review can you please explore more on the other oral and topical hair loss treatments that are also recommended by dermatologists such as Spirolactone, Ferastinade and Minoxidil. Can someone that is currently using any or all of those treatment stop using them altogether and instead just continue only using the iRestore laser therapy? Will that person begin to loose the hair again? I understand that iRestore alone is very effective but I know that there are folks like me who were already under other hair loss care treatment and added the iRestore later into their hair loss care routine? It would be nice to be able to stop taking the oral meds (spirolactone or ferastinade or both) and reduce the days of applying the minoxidil as I have already. I am a lazy person if I can do two things at the same time I love it so my question is can I cut my clean care routine into two parts? For example I would cleanse my skin and apply toner and/or serum then I will put my face mask on and go clean my restroom or bedroom and the rest of the skin care routine I will fish after I finish my shower? Also I was wondering if I need to do both toner and serum cause when I look that up I got mix message some say yes some say no please help me I just start doing skin care routine thank you mrs.Susan Yara

Damn!! Your mascara is hard to take off. You said you put 3 coats but it is a very resistant one. Even after your second cleanse you still have some. That is actually very interesting to me because you could put your mascara to the test with different cleansing balms or oil cleansers oneday, you know for fun. 😉

Ever since I got your cleansing balm, I refuse to get any other cleansing balm. It breaks down my waterproof makeup nicely without feeling greasy!

Hi Susan, I love your ceramide moisturizer. But it could be in an airless pump to avoid the oxidation of ceramides.
Maybe the formula is too thick for a pump and might clog it? I thought an airless pump would be good too but my friend came up with this reason.
