Accused Father shows Zero Love and kindness even when he kept falling off the Treadmill after he increased the speed "twiced". He was picked up only twice, he did not even ask Little Corey if he was ok. Little Corey knew he had to get up so as not to upset his father .. Father just stood there with Zero help!!

he def hated him because did we see his son holding his hand entering the gym did we see him holding hands after the incidh ent. that man walked out of that gym and wlked fast lettig his INJURED child in the dust walking away from him. after he fell and bit his head i had to rewatch a few times because at first i missed that part he was also looking out the window to make sure no one was watching him do this to his son and no one was in the gym at the time... i just dot get it but i guess the tm incident is the child endangerment charge and he must have done more to him after he got back to his apartments and inflicted more pain and that is the m charge... I am tying to keep an open mind but after that video and how strong the defense is trying to paint the mother in a bad light to make it look like she is the responsible party that just burned me to no end. I dont think the judge shoul have allowed any of that to happen today and if he is found g it could maybe be overturned on appeal for judge letting all that prior bad acts of the mother to come in which is irrelevant to what he did to his son on that tm.. if he treated him that out in the open like he did with the blinds wide open where anyone could have look inside and seen what he was doing. can you imagine what he did behind closed doors. i bet he continued to torture that child all evening then put him to bed... I know mom had issues but she is not the cause of what this man did to his own son on that treadmill.... that speed he started him on was even to fast for a child that size and age then when he increased it when he started falling off and banging his legs into that other machine behind him a few times made it even worse. Sorry for the long reply lol.. I stil need to hear more before i can say 100 percent he is the guilty party here i always have thoughts during but when it comes down to it we need to look at the evidence from both sides.. But that vido made me super upset...

RIGHT!!! Sounds like his family has money, and they probably used a tough time in mom’s life to steal her child from her. He didn’t give two sh*ts about that little boy, yet he took him from his only safe person. This was a power move, solely to hurt mom and show her he was untouchable. All to avoid paying child support. What a trash human

The junkie mom took the child to 3 Dr's to prove abuse and they all told her that his blood was septic and she dropped him off at dad's with this exact intent. He had the child for a couple hours before taking him to the hospital. That junkie mom killed her kid to get back at her ex.

@@Jojo-o6o6w Where are you getting your information from? Okay this is the first video but you'll see how she took him to his pediatrician when she suspected abuse. The pediatrician referred her to a hospital for further examination. He was given a clean bill of health other than the bruises. The next day he was returned to his father and five hours later he was dead. Cause of death, homicide. What more could she have done? He had already filed a petition to revoke her visitation because she got held up at the hospital and wasn't able to return Corey on time. So maybe you're a troll for the defense or maybe you have no clue and are just running your mouth. It's not a good look.

Imagine being that little boy’s mother, knowing how abusive his dad was, trying to get help repeatedly, and then finding out that he finally managed to kill him. Imagine having to watch her baby running on that treadmill video, seeing his dad turning it up, forcing him to get back on, and even biting him. My prayers go out to the mom and everyone who loved this precious, innocent child.

If you don't hand the child back to the other parent, regardless, you can be found in contempt and lose ALL rights, including visitation, to your child. It's abhorrent. My child had to age out and get a RO against the "father" (who is considered a highly respected, pillar of the community) before dad's abuse finally stopped. Child also moved out of state as soon as age out. Sad. Disgusting. Watching that treadmill vid I wanted to puke.

We went to court and the fking judge said I could have put the bruises on him myself. I stood up in court and turned to my ex and her boyfriend. I said, the next time I pick up my son and he has any bruises on him, I'm gonna kll you and I'm gonna kll you. The judge yelled and said I can't say that in court. I said fk you, I came to you for help and you didn't do anything. He never had another bruise on him and by nine I had sole custody and his mom had nothing else to do with him. @@Eboneusheit’s joint custody. The son’s condition worsened under the FATHER’S care. Child woke up stumbling and slurring so father brought kid in for ct scan and quickly died from a seizure. From all the blunt force trauma and emotional abuse. Don’t know the window of time the child was unwell, I saw on the report that it only was from 9-5/8 hours the kid was with his dad, but obviously the mother was not present when his health worsened likely from that traumatic ordeal on the treadmill. or the abuse was so covert (biting scalp and making sure to hurt the child in less visible places) that she was left in the dark of how severe the boy’s condition was. A lot of internal scarring, hinting the abuse definitely wasn’t one off.
She did take him to jersey shore hospital before this and the labs were good, it’s horrible because it tells us this assault along with whatever unseen attack that might’ve happened was so intense that it destroyed his son’s health. It accelerated any latent issue within his body.
The defence is trying to treat this as an isolated incident when the mother, Breanna, has apparently reported this man multiple times and wanted full custody. She has since sued the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency because they clearly did nothing and legally her hands were tied and the father had claim to their son.
If she tried to take her son back during the father’s agreed time/visitation she’d be pinned with abducting their child.

Just because he left the hospital and needed his private time does not mean he is a murderer. It doesn’t mean he’s guilty of the boy’s death. There needs to be actual testimony and proof. Feeling guilty doesn’t mean you are guilty.

    • @Sonogirl
      @Sonogirl 7 місяців тому

I mean people aren’t supposed to be just hanging around the hospital after a death. They do have to leave and go home. It’s sad to imagine just leaving your loved one at the hospital but that’s the sad reality of hospitals. I mean if he left him during critical care that would be one thing vs leaving after her passed.

I am 46 and although both me and my wife are healthy and been together for 23 years, we were not lucky enough to have a child. We did a lot of assisted tries over the years (In Vitro Fertilization) but as the doctors always said "its an unexplained situation since both of you are ok". Now we are in the process of adopting, a process that could take years to finish here in Greece, but we have so much love to give that we will wait patiently.. What really makes me angry is when I see parents treat their children like this without feeling the slightest bit of love for them.. It reminds me how unfair this world is..

He made Corey stay on the treadmill, fall over & over, hitting his chest & stomach without stopping for water? Autopsy claimed blunt forced trauma,,to head or just the sepsis? That’s confusing. Father getting into his life at 4 yrs old, that is soooo traumatic to a child, a guy he doesn’t know. He could have slowly got to know him at Moms place for 4-6 mos. Why did she lose custody in 2020, w/NO visitation?? He gets FULL custody within a year? So it took him 2-3 yrs to take a paternity test? Doesn’t that say how he felt of parenthood?? He has the most RFF (resting fugly face) I’ve seen in awhile!

      Seriously 😂
"When Christopher Gregor was told his 6-year-old son had died, he got in his car and left Southern Ocean Medical Center in Manahawkin, telling hospital staff he needed privacy.
In the hours after his son’s death, Gregor searched the internet for answers to questions such as “can your phone be tracked in airplane mode” and “can my car be tracked?"
Gregor was charged with murder in the death of Corey Micciolo. Blunt impact injuries of the chest and abdomen caused bruises and lacerations to the heart and liver of Corey, according to Dr. Thomas Andrew, a forensic pathologist who was chief medical examiner for the state of New Hampshire for 20 years. Andrew also noted that an acute traumatic injury to the heart happened four to 12 hours before the boy's death, and that there was evidence of chronic abuse.
Gregor had only been in his son’s life for two years, but in that time, there were numerous custodial issues.
Within the hour that Gregor left the hospital after Corey’s death, he texted his parents that he wouldn’t be back for a while and to take care of his dog.
Two days later, he was traced to Arkansas and later Tennessee. He told a woman in a Tinder message that he was going to visit his brother in LA. However, he was caught by local police in Tennessee with his on-and-off girlfriend, who after he messaged her said she would fly down to Tennessee and drive back up to New Jersey with him.
Prior to the boy’s death, the affidavit said Gregor searched “will red marks turn into bruises.” After Corey's death, he searched “there was a murder determined from an autopsy how long to file charges” and “how long after an autopsy to file charges get filed.”
After Corey’s death, Gregor made statements to several people about how he thought Corey had died..
Gregor also had told his on-and-off girlfriend that he believed the Micciolo family had done something to Corey, but it was “likely an accident,” the affidavit said.
A woman in the affidavit who met Gregor on a dating app in April 2020 said she broke up with him after noticing “red flags.” One cited incident involved crabbing where the woman said that Gregor got angry and threw Corey off the boat. Later he claimed they were “rough housing."
