- Sorry for missing Thursdays upload.. I've been doing my best to upload 3 videos a week, even with w new baby.. Whelp, the baby wasn't the problem, I could have got it done.. But the fishing has been BRUTAL. Even with the fishing being tough, it seems like if I try hard enough, I can manage something most days. Luckily, this was one of those days. PAAA POWWW!!!

I love this channel bc of the lack of challenges and crazy shit… Don’t get me wrong, I watch some Lojo, Norm and Ayo is actually a pretty funny guy, but wow they’ve sorta devolved into 30+ minute videos of shopping + a little fishin at the end. Realized that’s a grown man watching 2+ guys shopping on UA-cam for long periods.
I just like fishing and when I can’t actually go myself, I like watching people fish and learning from other fisherman. Channels like Josh and Tyler’s are awesome bc they are normal guys who just love to fish and are pretty fuckin good at it. I know there’s a lot of work editing, etc, but they basically just video and then edit their trips… and I get to learn.
I agree! I watch them some too but I like channels like Josh's and John from creekfishingadventures. Just good ole fishing
That's the reason I watch channels like M.Hood Fishing, Cole & Jay, and J&S Outdoors. They all enjoy fishing and I've fished most of the places they do.

I am 67 years old, live in Nebraska, and I was catching carp in the river and farm ponds when I was five years old. I remember they used to stock the Omaha city ponds with carp. I clearly remember watching them stock Riverview Park (now the Omaha Zoos lagoon with carp. There was even a pay to fish lake in Bellevue that only had carp to catch. In South Omaha, Joe Tess restaurant was famous for their Carp sandwich . They just closed this year.
So, in this area, if they are invasive, they sure had allot of help
The old timers eat alot of carp around here, I prefer buffalo. I believe carp were introduced here, but like in the 1800s.

Yes the common carp was considered invasive as it was introduced from across the pond. They are now considered naturalized because they have been here in our waters for long now. Thanks for another video I always look forward to your content as I really enjoy it.

Went fishing with a buddy and his two boys yesterday evening. It was a blast. His older son fell in the lake to start then his younger son hooked himself in the cheek. As it got dark the younger son hooked his brother. But we all cought fish despite the entertainment and nobody was seriously injured.
Now that's a fishing trip right there!! Tight line's!!
I've done both, and I am so sorry but if I'm there I'm laughing uncontrollably! I've never been in a life threatening situation with either hooking myself, nor falling in the water, but I do know what goes through your mind when you've achieved both... IT'S FUNNY!! EVEN WHEN IT'S YOURSELF!!

Love catching carp they are a blast to bring in. I caught a 27 last week. All I can say is you best have that pole anchored when they hit are it's gone. It's like a freight train just hit your line! Lol. Yes I put them big boys all back. Love watching your videos. Just a good old boy out fishing like us. Tell Boo and little one hi. Take your time with family we will be here waiting!

End of summer has been really rough only way I've been catching fish is night crawlers with split shots, jig head crawler gets nothing seems weird but fish have been picky...oh last thing white perch amazing eating
Stache look up Pymatuning spillway... you'd have a blast there lol. White perch are absolutely delicious btw, like a mini-walleye almost.
Them white perch are very tasty. That size csn ve filted and the smaller bait size ones are great fried like bream

Here in VA white perch school by size, also theyre possibly the third best fish for quick fillets and fish fry.

Here in North Carolina we have those white/silver perch in excess. And I am not complaining. If you put the work in they are delicious. Meat is white like most salt water fish. They make exceptional cutbait for all other fish, including more of the perch. Ive called them "machine-gun-mouths" since I was a kid, cuz of how fast they hit and shake their head. We also call them "Waccamaw", not sure why but we do. lol

Fellow Carp fishingman here, Common carp are not invasive (in Indiana anyway) the only invasive species is Bighead/Asian carp. I've watched your before videos and it's amazing that you caught not 1 but 2 mirror carp! That's awesome

I understand it has been brutal here as well. Common Carp are absolutely invasive, in the Eastern part of my home state they still have bounties on them and they sponsor tournaments to get rid of them. White Perch are very good to eat.
