How to Tint FRS Tail Lights Red!

In this follow up to the old tinting of the tail lights I'll show you a more proper way to spray on VHT tint for your cars tail lights but the same can be done to headlights too

FYI the vht tint spray wears off over time and will turn pink. I recommend applying clear coat over top to keep them deep red.

ive been watching VHT Red tail light coating videos for around an hour looking for someone who actually shows what the blinkers/turn signals look like when they are painted over. Yours is the first out of about 30 videos that actually turns the car on and shows the lights haha. thanks.

Make sure to get the VHT paint because for some reason the rustoleom came out really thick and gross lol

Vinyl wrap will last longer and is less of a faff

Does your local laws allow the tail lights to be covered?
I remember when it was the fad until the tickets piled up in my area.

Would be hard to tell that apart from a factory tail. The issue was darkening them not so much making them translucent red.

Having red or even dark red tail light tint shouldnt be any issue now having the taillight medium to dark black smoke might be a concern especially when you dont want cops to pull you over.

Yeah unfortunately the TSX had so many electrical issues even after I replaced the whole system so I gave up after like 6 months of the car leaving me stranded randomly and sold it
