I recommend to have a look into the core of non-violent communication (self-development part of it) - especially for self-development the aspects: feelings (different meaning than in MBTI), needs, strategies (different meaning there too)

@@SusanaXpeace2u yes that’s the basis - but avoid the “communication” aspects of it and focus more of the inherent parts to understand and develop yourself. This valuable part is in detail understanding your own needs - here the 5-why method might help. Ask yourself why you are doing again and again to deep dive into your underlying needs. It’s not easy because we are distracted by our strategies and feelings.
Feelings (in this context) means automatic reactions caused by a fulfilled and sometimes disrespected need.
Strategy (in this context) means one plan to follow your needs (often with overseeing other potential plans).
I’m German and we have a great UA-cam channel and book author which focuses on it exactly from self-development perspective - Markus Fischer.
He combines Rosenberg with the human development model to better understand different perspectives at similar needs - in detail he uses Graves's emergent cyclical levels of existence (E-C theory or ECLET)

As someone who could't figure out their MBTI type since 2020, for almost 4 years, I found this question rather interesting. My first instinct response was "my vision to change the world" but as I contemplated more about it I realised that this "vision" is more of an "ambition" rather than a concrete step by step plan in the form of vision. Like I think I have the goal but don't really have the plan. It is interesting to consider that in the scope of uncovering my type

At my core, I am spirit and my very essence is perpetual energy. Therefore, there is no static identity. I am free-flowing and connected with the very essence of all life and the universe in all its infinite dimensions
