Amazing cover boss just wanted to ask how do you get the backing track in the recording?

I find the guitar backing tracks either on UA-cam or sometimes in some forums and then I use any online WAV UA-cam downloader to get the best sound quality, then I proceed to use pro tools or any DAW I like and I start doing the guitar tracks from scratch.
