It's sad that the days of Real News & investigative reporting are gone. One could argue, if they ever existed at all. That said, I wonder how many people would be interested in hearing the facts behind why this lake has such a high salinity concentration. News stories such as this one have no need to be censored. Only the Truth needs to be censored.

Not by Minnesota standards, we don't count farm ponds and mudholes. Actually Minnesota has close to 12 thousand lakes of 10 acres or more, the benchmark to be considered a lake in Minnesota, Wisconsin has 53 hundred of 10 acres or more.
Canadians love Minnesota too thanks for sharing I enjoyed that 🇨🇦
Minnesota loves Canada back. We're probably the most Canadian state in the USA
I live in Marietta. Honestly forget its out there. Good place to watch storms roll in.

Im from utah, nice salt lake
It's all we could muster

Kermit the frog narrating
Yeah right!!!
Hahahahahaha 🐸
All the wildlife there are pre-seasoned
Are we allow to harvest some fairy shrimp? No commercially of course. Would love to take a trip there and harvest some for my guppies.
They even have diversity out there. God bless you Minnesota!
first time I heard of Fairy Shrimp.
They're called Sea Monkeys everywhere else.
Sea monkeys? Same thing
They don’t like being called that.

I'll look it up.
I suppose you're going to blame it on farm run off? Would you rather we all starve instead?
@mooseantler that is what is called a false choice, lol.

It literally said the saltiness comes from the soil and has 1/3 saltiness of the ocean 😂 it might help to listen
So how about putting some tuna in there? They might not get as big as sea tuna, but sure would be cool if it works.
Because it freezes to th3 bottom no oxygen either.
It’s only 4 feet deep.
Only four feet deep, oh no! I guess there’s nothing to be done because it’s probably tungsten bedrock under the water?
Just wait.
Minnesota. You are something else. Yeeesh.
Should put some cool brackishwater/saltwater fish in there

No one swims in that nasty water.
@@kimjaniszeski498 Why is it nasty, have you been there?
I like the diversity clip. They must have had to search long and hard for that.
They had two minutes to burn for a puff piece. 😂 They needed all the useless B roll they could find.
They were showing people swimming in a different lake as opposed to the one they were reporting on
Does it freeze?
Why can't u swim? Can you water ski? Theres no difference
The land of 10,000 lakes Wisconsin 2/3 of size of Minnesota has 15,000 lakes like it or lake it
