would you recomment natural folate or synthetic folic acid.. I have very low red blood cell count and I am trying to figure it out as im not getting much help from the doctor... ive heard about a gene mutation that makes you not able to adsorb folic acid(synthetic) any ideas?

Mutation in the MTHFR gene might be an issue. If diet doesn't solve your issues, please get a genetic test with a health report. You might need a special form of folate called methyl folate.

    Sr, IBS ki bimari ह और पेट मे जलन होती ह weight loss ह क्या फोलिक एसिड वजन बड़ा देगा।

Many people with IBS are low in folic acid, which is thought to be very good for general bowel health. Vitamin B12: Many people with IBS are deficient in iron, which Vitamin B12 helps the body to absorb. But i dont think it can help in weight gain. You need to eat simple food such that absorption is easy. They way indian food is prepared is not at all simple to absorb . Majority of the cases its difficult for the body to absorb. Eat boiled vegetables and green vegetable etc

All leafy 🥬 vegetables has huge amount of folic acid in it,so spinach, broccoli 🥦, cabbage etc are very good natural sources. But other than this one can have folate supplement
