I have done the same thing with 1-in webbing aiders... It's a good system, I've now moved on to using an aider that moves with me as I climb so nothing's dangling in the wind. Great job!
Knaider swaider setup 1 each leg with the knee hook you can get on top of 4th step at 30 feet head height my stand sits around 24 off of 4 steps its all what you use and how
Thanks Chad. I am planning on building another set soon and have planned to a vid of the process. Each 'step' of the aider is an amsteel dogbone that is then fed through the step above it. It's kinda hard to explain, but when I get a little extra cash and some time, I'm gonna order more and do the vid. Thanks for watching!!
That’s better then the naider swaider system by far awesome video brother safe hunting and one question how do you get those steps to clip in together like that?
@@redlineoutdooradventures4863 I hunted with the similar aiders this weekend man I had a tough time the fuel line step kept getting stuck in my boots and I feel like they where to close to the tree couldn’t get my foot in them to the half way point of my foot it was tough but I get with enough practice I will get easier
Good video! I have a few questions...Any reason why you don’t just leave the aiders attached? Have you tried that and see if they would fit in the Gripr or even the wild edge bag with the aiders attached? Also, what about just using one aider and keep carrying up with you as you go up, like the 5 step aider you used before? Lastly, what makes this system less “sketchy” than the 5 step aider you used before? Thanks!
Thanks, dude. I think there would be too many chances for tangles if they were permanently attached. I had some one-step aiders that were permanent once and they would get hung up every now and then when taking them out of the bag. A moveable aider would have to have two hooks and some way to keep them spread apart or they would possibly slip from one side to the other. To me, the other aider was ‘sketchy’ because of the single hook and the length made it want to kick out from time to time. I’m sure I will come up with something else in the future, but for now, I really like this system.
I use three with aiders then the fourth for the perch. That puts me between 19-20' comfortably. I did talk about one hunt that I put the perch on the third step but usually on the fourth and it is around 20" above the 3rd.
Looks like an awesome system, I would love a video on how you make the next set of aiders

that is exactly my plan
Had this idea myself but just haven’t did anything. I’m glad you did! Awesome work!
Great video. Would like to see you make the aider. They look great.
Great video and climbing system. Thank you for sharing.
Great video. You should make a video of you making the 3 step aider. I think over engineering is great when it comes to amsteel. It's so light.
I plan to make one once I get more. They were a real pain to build though. Ha
@@redlineoutdooradventures4863 looking forward.
This looks exactly like what I want to use. Any chance you ever had time to make a in depth video on the step construction since you made this video?
Did you ever end up doing a video on how you made the aider? I’d like to talk more with you on how you built them and get a build list. Thank ya!
Could you go into more detail on how you made those or would you be interested in making me set ?

Awesome video. I'm just as interested in how u pack those steps to carry them up the tree that way!
Check out my video on the Genesis GRIPR and Outlaw II sling pack
You mention a gripper you put on versa hanger to attach steps to saddle. Where can you get these items? Great video. Thanks
Thanks. Genesis 3D Printing
Молодец! Хороший вариант!
Excellent video, I really like your system, Do you have a video showing how you daisy chained your ropes?

Can you please describe to me the actual precise size dimension of the different square rod parts used for the Steps ?
How did steps connect together

It is the GRIPR from Genesis 3D Printing. I did a video in it and my sling pack. Look on my channel and check it out! Thanks for your input.
@@redlineoutdooradventures4863 do you make these aiders for sale

How about a diy on the aiders?
They look better than most!
what attachment mechanism are you using for your steps on the saddle?
I use a GRIPR from Genesis 3D Printing for the stepps and a versa-hanger from the same place to hang them from my saddle.
Talk about theme music
That intro makes me feel giddy
Awesome video! Let me know if you will sell any. I will purchase asap.
What’s that gripper where did you get that
Thanks for sharing
The GRIPR is a holder for the WE stepps and can be found at Genesis 3D Printing.
Would you make a set of 3 step. 5 sets for sale?
Im looking for light weight. Think you've got it.
What are you using to hold the aiders? Is it something you bought or did you make it?
It started life as a fleece beanie… Then it got customized
How many to get u 20'???
Can you do a more in depth video on how you make you raiders ?
I plan to make another set for my son’s stepps. Whenever I get around to doing those, I’ll do a video on them. Thanks
@@redlineoutdooradventures4863 I better get subscribed then ! Lol

20 feet 3 lbs. Nice
