Hello XOSS Official, what happen to your firmware update i have experienced activity and sync error every time i try to connect it to STRAVA App. now its been a month and still no update about the sync problem. We cant used the full feature of this cycling computer, i know you have a good reputation about this product please help us.
Have trouble to get the Elevation to my android phone - did 3 rides and the result is zero ( 0 m) gain or loss :-( Min-Max Elevation display 111 ~ 117 m, Min-Max Gradiant -10% ~ 0 % . Don´t know if I make a mistake by the setting in the app / unit or is it a bug in the software? Did the upgrade of the firmware to V0.12 but no change in the Elevation gain or loss :-(( Looking for help by XOSS or a satisfied user of the unit, Cheers from Berlin, Germany
4th try today, Elevation counting now but the how I can adjust the altitude of my starting place? Does the G+ unit take it from the GPS Fix? if so is there a possibility to fine tune the elevation / altitude when I know the correct altitude above sea level?
They sent me the G+ with the display language in chinese. Is there a way to change it to English? I tried through the App but nothing happen aftter I pressed "Save" and the unit made a "beep" sound.
Can anyone tell me if I'm missing something or not-basically, every time I sync my phone to my Xoss G/G+, it seems to want to sync all of my workouts every time which seems to take forever. Is this right or am I missing something eg. saving them after syncing. Thanks.

Anyone using the speed sensor for outdoor rides? When we start recording, does anyone know if the XOSS G+ would take the sensor speed or the GPS speed?
Speed sensor is optional. When you ride in places, where GPS signal is weak (eg. forest) it is good option, but only in case, when you need super accurate speedometer. Normally we have speed from GPS. I hope I helped :)
EristDog: I just bought (6/18/2020) the XOSS head unit on Amazon $49.90; and XOSS speed sensor and a XOSS cadence sensor for $38.99 each(!); XOSS heart $34.90. Dam sensors are almost as much as the head unit.
If U are on a static trainer and U don't have a speed sensor additional, you won't be able to record your workout. And IMO speed sensor readings shud be more accurate than GPS due to signal connection issues. U won't go wrong w Old skol how many rpm the wheel makes

It's supposed to be the circumference of the tire in mm. Not diameter.

15.9M of 0.1M Used is the memory available on device, 3060km means the km that device can record without deleting old activities.

Hello guys. Having problem when sync on xoss app with Strava app from V3.0.4 after updating app. But there's no problem with V2.0.
Mine takes approx 40 minutes to sync gps for speed each time I use. Any suggestions?

But you should login and connect the XOSS app with STRAVA app before using the device.
