I can tell you from personal experience: Yes, this is exactly how they perform and act live on stage. Even the keyboarder sometimes grabs a mini-keyboard strapped around his neck and jumps over the stage. The only one who is pinned down is the drummer :)
Also: What the heck is this "remote pick thingy" herman uses?
The little keyboard is called a keytar, and that is a Hot Hand device from Source Audio. Herman still uses it.
The ring itself that he is wearing is called a "Wah Wah Ring"
At 6:10 and 6:21 if you want to know what he's doing to get that sound without picking it's a cool awesome tool called Hot Handz ( the giant blue ring he is wearing on his picking hand ) it acts like pedal but it can do other effects as well when you hold chords or notes it makes different pitches and stuff . Looks pretty fun to use lol . More Dragonforce hopefully 😁 they're just awesome
Dragonforce songs used to spund the same during the era where ZP Theart sang (i.e through the fire and flames and fury of the storm). But when they got their new singer marc hudson, they started to experiment a lot more. They even had Matt Heafy from trivium to feature in a song

There new singer they did change up there sound a little live is absolutely the way to watch dragonforce though some of the older songs don’t have good live versions but this song is on the album after through the fire and flames and it’s a cut down version there is a ton of extra opening to it
