    Those borgesons are awesome. I paired mine with a redhead gearbox. But that desolate Saginaw is pretty sweet.

    I have a 96' 4x4 bronco and the power steering line is the stainless steel loopie line off the lower front frame. Do I need to keep that stainless steel power steering line or will I be fine with the desolate lines provided for the desolate power steering upgrade? Its just an 1" short of the pump connection. I am unsure of the purpose of the stainless line and the length of it but was told it was intentional design for 4x4 power steering. Never been able to verify this. I would appreciate your input

      It's a "cooler" but a little tube/ fin type is better. Like this one:
      Hayden Automotive 1011 Power Steering Oil Cooler a.co/d/bSkiXCl
      More efficient and less likely to be damaged

    Cool video. looks like a good direction for my setup as well. I have a 79 bronco with a camper. After doing this install would you have a recommendation for Leaf spring / air bag setup that wouldn't require removing and reconfiguring the leafs? Do the ones that you use fit on the gen2 series broncos as well? Thanks

      Not without weights and ride heights. It's kinda one of those subjective setups where it's just trial and error with a little guesstimation.
      If you're local, I'm happy to help put something together

    Are there any other companies that make campers for broncos? Lite Craft isnt around.

      Not that I know of, but your best bet is probably FourWheelCampers. Our local dealer (and friend) is CB Adventure Supply

    Dude. I have a 95 Bronco with a 6" BDS lift. Nobody in NY State seems to be able to aling it. The camber is so far positive, I've burnt through a brand new set of BFG 35's in about 3k miles while the rears are still like new. Any way I can get your help?!?!

    • @CodyCrafted
      @CodyCrafted  Рік тому +1

      Did the BDS kit come with cut/turned beams or at least SPC adjustors?
      6" is a LOT of lift in my opinion, don't really know why it needs to go that high, we clear 35s with the 2.5 kit and some bumper trimming regularly

      What part of NY state are you in? I have road race buddies up there

    • @shaukeki
      @shaukeki Рік тому +1

      @CodyCrafted the BDS kit is a basic drop bracket kit. Longer springs, shocks. All of the pivot geometry is a direct drop down. It did buy the Moog caster/camber adjustment cams. Tbh, I'm not so sure the alignment shops have a clue how they work with a lifted rig. There is one shop that said they'd look, but they're like a month out and I hardly know where I'll be the next day. I can tell you I have the stock radius arms. I paid to have the bushings on those and the pivots replaced. They seem to have come up gone and need to be replaced. I'm guessing this is part of the issue.
      If inhad the money, I'd run a Desolate kit and I'm sure the issues would be gone. Too many kids and a wife who's bad with money.

      @shaukeki I sabe. You'll notice all the rigs on the channel are customer cars and none of mine have been touched 🥲
