@@lonestarr1490 It's not really a rule if it isn't even true in reality, just a generalization. It's perfectly fine to stick to common faces and facial features to make it easier, but you definitely don't need to learn generalizations before variation, you should be learning variation from the start.

Yea, it talks about average proportions / beautiful proportions. The common mistake about drawing the mouth too low is only a mistake when done wrong. They actually used an example of it being used right, putting it on a pretty flat and wide jaw.
Some people actually have faces like that, and it's also often used in more characterised art like comics, so I personally wouldn't say it's wrong.

No seriously Sinix, we need a hair tutorial, I don't understand the logic behind hair, maybe it's easier if you are a girl with long hair and all dunno... All the other tutorial about hair are just people using special brush or whatever they don't explain how they go from realism to anime stuff like that, they just show us how THEY do it, not the general rules about it.

Many people found his course better than their money milking art schools and it's not "bull shit" if everything is free then what is the purpose of his life and his big crew ,they shouldn't get money ? If u can't afford it then it's no problem there are many art teachers who have way less costs but still his videos are very textbook/facts and intermediate level for more than 6-8 years 🤔 . Ur argument is bad and it's no problem I can't pay premium too •́ ‿ ,•̀ becos I'm still smol and his yt videos are more than enough for me I use books and other u tube channels ! I honestly really love your anatomy videos and I always find myself laughing and having a good time, but genuinely learning something useful. Even if I thought I already knew something, you always manage to bring an extra level to it for me. Thank you. In a weird way, I think this is also incredibly encouraging to other content creators, like me, because if your perspective can help enhance my knowledge in a topic I thought I knew a lot about, my perspective in something else may help someone add to their artistic data base in ways THEY didn't expect, either. So thanks for the totally unintentionally encouragement, too.

I just got into digital drawing, sinc I loved traditional art when I was younger (I never got that good, I just liked drawing). These anatomy vids are making me progress more in a few days than I could have ever hoped for. Coupled with using your technique for drawing faces at an angle I've been able to improve so much so fast. The best part is that it's so much simpler than it first looks. Thanks a lot for these videos, they're really appreciated. You've got a great skill in teaching.

Oh but first you need to complete the entire body and you talk about T H I C C so do some legs/thigh?
I think a video about hair would be great too because it's so free the physics is strange, it's both heavy as a group and light as an individual.

Dear Sinix, I dunno how you do it. But you manage to do something that other tutorial experts don't. At least for me. You somehow manage to distil the complexity of your subject matter into its important and immediately graspable essence. I can't tell you the extent to which your "drawing faces from diff angles" video helped me and completely transformed my entire approach to drawing. Even when it started helping me, I didn't fully realize how much it eventually would. It gave me the mental breakthrough I needed to 'see' in 3d. I have been annoyed by the difficulty of drawing mouths for a long time. Now I've seen your video and I can already feel the changes in my drawing, slowly taking shape (or should I say form? :p). Thank you so much.

Thank you very much for making these! They're incredibly useful and I learn a lot from them!
It would be wonderful if you could also do one on arms, I can never figure out how to attach them to wrists properly. Also, who thought elbows were a good idea? Ugh.

So I know you said NOT to do studies of the Homer Simpson diamond mouth but honestly, drawing it has helped me a lot with understanding how the mouth sits on the face. I’ve always known about the muzzle but I could never really place it correctly in perspective until I started abstracting it the way you did for those drawings. So yea, don’t discredit your thought process there, as someone who always had trouble drawing mouths in perspective, I found it helpful and actually recommend others practice it!

You're helping me, like Ahmed, and Borodante to break away from the "Anime"(Well, Dragonball Z more like it) art style. I had gotten SO into Dragonball Z that I have created REALLY bad habits and now getting into details is near impossible, i gave up drawing for years and now that my muscle memory is way reduced I can finally be "fresh" and learn from scratch and HOPEFULLY my style and art improve! Thanks again!

Great video. When I finally understood the real form of the bottom lip, I remember that improved my mouths so much. The lower lip is very deceiving!

"the lower lip can actually be described as more of a surface texture than of a form feature"
that was life saving for me, thank you!
