Well those best in slot aren’t real they recommend t6 boots if u can use the one from BT that’s goes two gems in for more AP and some gears they recommended arent the bis
Yeah, it's been a little while since I've been looking at the TBC BiS itemization, now that it's been pushed on into Cata Classic. I'd also assume there are going to be some differences based on the patch for some servers that may still be around playing TBC.
Great information! For assassination, Is it worth sacrificing having a fast weapon (swap to two 1.8s weps) if the second 1.8s has better dps and stats/iLvl? I have Blood Weeper and the Deadly Gladiator Shiv, and just got another Blood Weeper. Should I change the Shiv or not? And with same speed, which hand gets whcih poison?
Awesome! Love that dagger. I would say IF POSSIBLE there's almost no situation where a slower fast weapon is going to be better.... unless they match the points you've mentioned. I'd be running double blood weeper until I could find a faster OH dagger down the line for sure. The main reason for a faster weapon is just so that you can get overall more poison proc's. So in this instance, I would say the DPS is probably overall a net neutral, or a slight positive leaning in favor of the double blood weeper depending on how much of a DPS increase it is from the weapon it is replacing. Hope this helps!
@@Nightwatertv Thank you for repkying, appriciate it! :) I'm saving for the two 245ilvl 50 scourgestone daggers. When I do get them [1.8s/1.4s), which should be MH? I saw different setups on Wowhead like you showed, but nor realy any reasoning behind it to spply to lower ilvl weapons.
@@nickl2571 Sure thing! Yeah, so almost always you'll want the faster weapon in offhand, specifically due to how offhand weapon attacking works. Currently I'm sort of at the "It's ingrained in my knowledge bank" but I recall that much specifically. And that's also why usually you'll have crippling or deadly on main hand, things you want to proc the most often. and then deadly or wound in offhand... things that are more supplemental. I can recall the exact specifics, but I recall needing the faster offhand so that your offhand will get closer to attacking slightly more frequently, having it get closer to happening as much as your mainhand. but if nothing else, I hope that helps point you in the direction of further research 😅

This would primarily depend on spec overall. but so long as you're not assassination, this was a fairly common thing to do, having a sword in offhand was thought to provide better burst damage. But there are now tons of sims that help provide a great amount of information that help guide you in the direction of what weapons you should utilize for your spec.
A lot of us are level 80 or coming right up to it. Nope, not at all. Playing a re-released old game slowly, no point in rushing unless you really want to sweat and dedicate your life to this.
Yeah a good portion of the server I’m on is a bunch of people who are either new, or players that missed out on Raiding the current content during retail Wotlk. But yes, I recommend taking your time for sure! Much more enjoyable that way. Only reason I’ll be 80 before the weekend is over is because my guild wanted to raid Naxx10 as early in as they possibly could.
I'm almost 55 years old. Kick up the volume. Either I'm way deaf or your volume is way way to low. I have to blue tooth to a larger speaker just hear you. Maybe pull the mic right up to your face.
Thanks for the input! I've since found the issue and am working on finding what I'd like the direction of this channel to move towards, but yes, right after uploading I realized I had mucked up the sound levels pretty drastically! lol
I watched this all the way through in hopes you would actually have an opinion on the fast weapon debate, or give some type of insight as to why you would or wouldnt do one thing or the other but no, you just regurgitated already public information. This video is completely pointless.
I appreciate the criticism, and comment! I did mention that I believed that it's something that people put significantly too much weight towards. Also, the point of the video is more aimed towards showing brand new players where to find information for their classes, and how to interpret it. But I will keep your point in mind for future content! Sorry you didn't feel that you gained anything from the video, but it sounds like in this instance, you weren't the target audience. Hopefully any other videos I have made, or will make in the future provide the information you're looking for!
as a new player, videos like this are extremely helpful because finding info like this without digging through a thousand old wow forums, reddit posts or guides is extremely difficult. so in other words. go fys and stop being mad on the internet

For pvp man multilate I used faster wep on off hand and slower on main hand i wonder why using slower on off ?!?
If there was a good answer, SimonizeShow I'm sure has a great video describing the nuance, and numbers of it.

Would it be viable for me to use a sword in off hand ? Its a 1.50 speed

Yeah my Mic has been having issues the last few days. (Also I noticed I was trailing off at some points). Working on it!
