@@Nonplayable-000 Honestly, I'd like to have back every D1 map, at least as a start, for more map variety without having to design new ones from the ground up right away.
For me you can't just jump in and have fun in crucible anymore, you have to be a die hard grinder and loadout builder for it. Not to mention how it's always pulse rifles and scout rifles 90% of the time with the season mods depending if subs or hand cannons get used. you used to be able to jump into crucible and just use whatever you had, I even used a white kvostov one time and it was great fun and you could take any combo of weapons and armor in a still have fun.
I used to spend about 80 percent of my time in this game in crucible and I've hardly played more than 3 actual games of PvP in the last 2 and a half seasons. This gamemode just isn't as fun anymore and Bungie is the only one to blame for it.
You skipped the Trials rework last year that everybody loved and was extremely successful, for 1 week, b4 Bungie couldn't help themselves and immediately changed it. That first week was the most fun I've had in Trials since D1, same for most pvp players I play with. Oh and the slide nerf, that was as ridiculous as AE as far as them doing something nobody asked for to narrow the skill gap.
PvP has never been perfect, but as a PvP main, it has been really depressing watching it decline over the past few years. SBMM and basically no relevant loot in PvP lately is kinda the nail in the coffin. Crucible needs some serious help. Still feels like the faucet is turned off and shows no sign of being turned on.
I still think a massive part of what killed destiny 2 for me is sunsetting Mainly crucible pinnacle quests and exotic quests The mountaintop quest and the recluse quest where some of the most fun I’ve had grinding in destiny 2 and the fact they just took the quests out behind the shed and had them shot is a actual travesty Now there’s no reason to really play the bloody crucible anymore and it’s a bloody shame There was also the actual crime that was removing a large amount of the maps
It’s such a shame I used to love crucible, but how it is now, I just don’t wanna go near it. Hopefully Lightfall make some good changes and a couple of new maps.
The most interesting part of the downfall of Destiny's PVP player base is the fact that Bungie keeps lying, outright, and people still buy the game. They still support them, year after year, never realizing that buying those games is what's incentivizing Bungie to not care about what you care about. Complain all you want, make all the videos you want, but if people are still buying what they're producing, you're going to get more of the same. There's no repercussions for their poor work because of this. That's why I refer to Destiny 2 as a whaling game because that's what it's become. Just keep lying to the whales that you 'care' and do what you want, they'll just keep buying it. They make videos, they complain about something, but they're talking about the game, giving it free advertising, whether they want to or not. That's how Bungie looks at Destiny 2. They couldn't care less about their player base because they've never, EVER, had too. Whales just keep buying the game, pretending that Bungle is going to live up to their lies THIS TIME, when they, literally, have no reason to care about what you think. As long as whales keep buying everything they pump out and keep buying those skins, Bungle has no reason to care about what players want. In case you're wondering, the reason the 'gun play' feels 'good' is because Bungle has been using the same engine since Halo Combat Evolved. Bungle isn't that company anymore and hasn't been for nearly 20 years, so they can't change the engine those former employees made because they haven't hired anyone that knows what they did to make gun play feel good. They've just been adding on to the engine, all these years, which is why shooting a gun in Destiny 2 feels a lot like Halo. It is Halo, it's the exact same movements and sounds. That's not the mark of 'good' game studio, that 'listens', it's the mark of a con-job game studio that's out for billions, not out to care about what players want.
Wow! We damn near said the exact same thing. I wrote a long "dissertation" about their BS coding too (a few replies up above). It's time I stop buying it, praying it will be different! I have not bought Lightfall and don't plan to if it's the same painted over crap. The "gun play" enthusiasm is dying because the cheaters are endless and rampant! ENOUGH!
@@evanf1997 For me it also didn't help that they sunset a bunch of raids and end game activities I really enjoyed Sherpa-ing new players through, that was probably the real nail in the coffin for why I stopped playing all-together
I stopped when every Hunter was using classy restoration and wormhusk crown. Right after Solar 3.0 and the stupid Iron Banner rift I stopped Destiny entirely. The game can be fun but rather not waste my time and money!! Dam season passes and all
Honestly thank you so much for making this video. As someone who has only ever really stuck with the Destiny franchise due to PVP it hurts so much to long on and play in the current rule sets and sand boxes we’ve been dealing with. Bungie’s promises on PVP changes are empty after thoughts in the minds of many PVPers. Honestly with them now being picked up by Sony for that giant 3.6 Billion purchase it’s near impossible to forgive them for the now current state of PVP. PVP streams have carried Destiny through so many dry spells and help keep it relevant even if the PVE scene doesn’t want to admit it. I’m not trying to start any beef with these comments but I feel the Destiny franchise has been greater neglected this year and it shows with Bungie working on their secret new projects in the background. They need to respect their fan base and the people who keep their wages coming in. I’m still on the edge for purchasing Lightfall and almost feel guilty doing so. I know the new PVE content will be great for about a month but I doubt will see any changes with PVP expect for possibly addressing a few outliers. Alright time to hop off my soap box and get back to working out. Great video Evan and happy New Years brother 🤙🏼
I played in the 7 placement matches and god damn it was the most god aweful experiences in the crucible I have ever played. I have been playing since D1, I went flawless in the madness that was the trials launch but holy hell it has turned me off from playing any comp and almost pvp entirely. The Crucible isn't what it once was, and until bungie actually does something other than talk about "a renewed focus," the further down it will slide. I hope they can fix it but I am not holding out much hope.
I still play D1 crucible when I want to have a fun pvp experience. Why is it that a game that has gone untouched for almost 6 years is more fun than the 3.6 billion dollar worth “constantly updated” destiny 2? When I play D1 pvp it feels like I can make anything work and that it’s up to my skill level to be successful. Everything in that game can be meta if you want and you aren’t limited to what bungie buffed that season to make you buy the season pass. I don’t care if the graphics and fps are worse. I actually like it more that way in my opinion because it slows down gameplay and doesn’t make me waste time checking if the lens flare from the god rays coming through the tree is actually that or a hunter wearing shiny armor with a shotgun. Anyway D1 will always be better in my opinion until they focus on gunplay in D2 again, make abilities less important, focus on the golden triangle, slow down movement, and make it so that stupid gameplay in the crucible is able to be punished and not rewarded (when someone does something so stupid but gets kills for it because they rely on a crutch exotic and abilities to give them free health or information that can not counter played against 🙃)
I unironically view D2 vanilla PvP in a positive light. The game felt fair as opposed to unbearably unbalanced and luck based. I miss that bare bones style of PvP.
Weren’t people sitting together and holding lanes with Mida in vanilla D2? I remember it early on not sure when exactly but that was a horrible time playing pvp.
The crucible was in such a good spot just a year ago. During season 15/30th anniversery update, crucible was in an amazing spot. I don't know how we got to the state it's in now in only one year.
Ironically we got in this spot because Bungie decided to show some attention to Crucible. It was better when they just ignored it. Now, with every change they make they make it worse.
Entering 2023 still stuck in an abusive relationship with Bungie and Destiny. 3 plus years since the renewed focus and yet we are still starved for pvp content. Like it or not, Crucible is a huge part of the game loop. Please just give us some content.
I think it's worth a shot. I personally am really enjoying the crucible at the moment, as are my friends. Maybe it's because I'm a relatively new player, having only played for a bit over 2 years...but although I understand the points of the video, it feels like both evanf and many of the commenters are just burnt out on the game. I'm not sure though. The gunplay is the best I've ever played, the loot system feels satisfying, and I enjoy everything from dungeons to Trials...although trials can be a chore. Even the competitive division, which I placed at the top of (meaning the competition will be the hardest) is enjoyable in that it pushes me just enough to feel difficult, but still feels achievable...although the rewards are lackluster, I will agree. Regardless, the game is free, so giving it a try is as simple as downloading it. I'd recommend that at least.
@isaacsousa3338 Thanks for the input. I agree, gunplay is top notch and the loot system is among my favorite too. I will go into it optimistically since D1 is one of my most played games to this day.
Opinion that will always get me crucified by my fellow Destiny community: Destiny is a PvE game first and foremost and while PvP is not tacked on or meaningless, it seems like it is the secondary priority for Bungie currently. Maybe we will see a bigger pivot to it down the line but for now, in a post Beyond Light world, campaigns, raids, and seasonal stories seem like where the manpower is focused
No one disagrees that PvE has been the main focus, but that is arguably the problem. Raids and campaigns and all that are awesome but crucible is what keeps the game alive after the replay ability of the previous mentioned activities wears out and gets boring. PvE getting all the focus and PvP being neglected is the problem.
Ever since 2015 my close friends have been asking me to play Destiny and I finally got into it in 2021. I really like the game but I can’t believe I missed out on D2’s best days.
Bungie cares more about making emblems to support "The Current Thing" than it does gameplay. They also continue to have complete disconnect with simple things players want. I don't know if it's the community managers that don't care or if it's the devs not caring to listen to the community managers. Look at us still dealing with 45 second timers in jumping sections during dungeons.
I have quit Destiny 2 crucible because of the harsh *HARSH* Skill based matchmaking, i can't play with my best friend anymore. They can't play the game in my level of SBMM, hell i can't even take it mentally because it's too sweaty. I will NEVER come back to the crucible ever again unless it's reversed. The SBMM is unbelievably tight and strict, every game is like competing for half a million dollars.
You know, i used to play destiny pvp religiously around TTK And Rise of Iron. Once D2 came out i stopped playing and continued again again a few months before the witch queen came out. Throughout the times that i played the little sandbox updates tweaking weapons and abilities a bit felt natural and understandable. But I think what bungie does wrong is they think people are getting tired of the game so they change a major aspect of pvp in hopes it will be well received but it almost ALWAYS sucks for the true pvp players. Its sad to see because Bungie has time and time again had a nearly perfect sandboxes just to scrub it all and start again with a (not so) clean slate.
Since 30th anniversary, I was having the most fun ever in crucible, playing trials of Osiris every single weekend, tons of hours in control, etc. Etc. But since season of the plunder, I just can't have fun anymore. The matchmaking takes forever to find a quickplay match, just to get the most try hard players ever with no rewards. I hate what they did with crucible in the past months, which made me stop playing pvp at all...
i love watching old pvp stuff. I was too young for the first couple of years to play (according to my parents lmao) so i didnt play until the year before D2. The game at that time was glorious but i really wish i was there for its evolution
I can't help but think I'm one of the first ever people to go flawless in destiny history. me and my two friends were absolute pvp gods and we launched it the second it came out and completely swept every team we played. really cool like token I have. I remember seeing the leaderboards online and seeing our team top five in the world in some stat I can't remember. I miss those guys and destiny 1
I started playing destiny when forsaken launched, PVP was, for me, sort of fun, I mostly played crucible because it was necessary for what I was chasing at the time. Now I don't play it at all because again, for me, it was NOT fun. I know I'm in the minority but I liked when gun play was the focus not abilities, that took all the fun out for me.
Most of my friends in destiny 2 have been or are in top 1000 in a playlist or two… some being top 100. They play comp over casuals after work since the casual sbmm is so harsh compared to comp.
Everytime I forget how the community of this MMORPG, a genre that was always focused on PVE with a side of PVP, is obsessed with pvp, I immediately get reminded of it. I have no idea how Bungie got away with fucking up their game, when the community not only demands more pve content but ALSO Pvp content on top of that. They are literal legends.
@@hughjass5696 Nah just read over again. The comment is a bit confusing I ain't gonna lie, but my point is pretty clear when you don't get lost in the way I worded it.
I mean this is pretty easily comparable with a game like... say like Black Ops 3, or Cold War. Both cod games mentioned released with Multiplayer and zombies, like how Destiny originally launched with its two sides of the game, PvE and PvP. If Treyarch or what have you ignored one of these two gamemodes, or made it significantly worse via changes made, its not hard to imagine that the fans of said gamemode would then become upset. I feel like it's pretty fair for the fans of PvP to be upset, even if it's the smaller gamemode of the two. It's been around with us for 8 years now
Aimbot aims for you. Slow Aim keeps you from snapping. Triggerbot shoots for you. ESP/Wallhacks let's you see players through walls. Radar tells you where enemies are at all times. Yadayadayada
I'm a player who abandoned Destiny 2 entirely and Beyond Light was a huge reason why. So many weapons removed, maps removed, but making crucible about abilities instead of gunplay was the nail in the coffin.
Tbh, I've always had a hit or miss with crucible, more so destiny 1 because of nostalgia. But I'm honestly more enthralled with story and build crafting. It's just been more appealing.
Fantastic video, great twist at the end. But I would like to clarify one thing. ChatGPT *is not* an AI. There isn't any humanlike intelligence, it's purely math and pattern recognition. This is called machine learning. This isn't meant as a correction to the video. I just wanted to point out a mistake I see lots of people make because of misleading marketing by tech companies to seem more **Advanced** Thank you for attending my TED Talk, lol
The state of PvP as it was right at the end of Beyond Light was so much fun that I actually recommended the game based on that alone. That was after a year of stasis nonsense and chaos reach shenanigans. Now its bad again. I have hope that it will rise back up, but its going to take far more work compared to this time last year.
I’ve got more than 3000 hours in Destiny 2 at this point and I’m constantly seeking new gear to try out in crucible. I appreciate the need for balancing all the abilities, perks, etc. but other than a few game breaking things such as stasis on release and some of the 2.0 subclasses I reckon they’ve done a pretty good job overall, but it’s taken a long time to get those balance issues dealt with in the past and I am thankful that balance changes happen a lot faster now. The biggest issue in crucible is a lack of variety in modes and what can be used in those modes. Looking back on the best of what Halo offered were things like Juggernaut (one player that is permanently in “super”), infection (each player killed joins the “team” of the original infected), hell even the option to have more than two teams (imagine crucible or gambit in a 4v4v4 or 3v3v3 or 2v2v2). Halo Infinite is barely a functioning PvP game at this point and it’s a shame that it is suffering from a similar issue to Destiny 2 PvP and that is a lack of content and rewards for playing PvP. At least with Destiny you can go out and collect gear to bring into PvP to keep it fresh. What Halo infinite needed on release was Forge aka a map editor that the community could use to create the content the developers couldn’t or wouldn’t. I don’t know what it would take to have one in Destiny, but if the PvP and PvE community had a way to build maps for crucible and gambit it might make up for the lack of new content and the sun setting of old content. The thing that I don’t get is that the team at Bungie must know what we want, but are too focused on cosmetics that they fail to realise that we need somewhere to show off our cosmetics.
Destiny pvp peaked in year 1 - vanilla, dark below and house of wolves. The metas were Incredible, the maps were the best they’ve ever been, Trials was the most hyped thing on the game. Everything was perfect.
I am pure casual PvP player. I have some skill but nothing special. I play D2 actively for last year. In PvP I very often have the feeling of some emptiness and grey I am not able to subscribe. Now my thoughts got words and clear picture. Thank you for this summary!
I genuinely believe the new comp system is cosmetic rewards away from being a absolute hit. Say for instance at the end of the season you got a banner showing the rank you finished as the emblem, or to go even further what about tiles? Glorious is not a flex like unbroken used to be, so what about a title for ranks? And then that adds even more sense with the guilding aspect of titles now. Title example: Ascendant Slayer 3” 3 being the amount of times you’ve guilded the title!! And it’s not like this is a particularly hard thing to implement either
The fact that it didn’t roll out with this shows they either haven’t thought through any of it, or they don’t really care to think about it. I don’t get why in halo 3 when I was playing ranked, I could see ALL the ranks of ALL the players in the pregame lobby to know what I’m up against. Why tf is it not like that in their new game from the start. How’d it take 8 years to not even make it to their standard from over a decade ago. I stopped playing like 2-3 months ago, and honestly, COD has been scratching that itch 😂
I'm a pvp player and the only dlc I ever got was forsaken. I came back during shadowkeep after I left due to curse of Osiris and the only thing that kept me playing were the weapons that came with forsaken. Like ace of spades, the last word, and thorn (I like revolvers). I haven't considered buying any other dlc outside of beyond light. I really wanted hawkmoon and the new subclasses seemed cool (pun intended), but I didn't really care about stasis even if was op. I really only wanted hawkmoon, but one gun isn't gonna make me buy dlc. I have hawkmoon now because of the limited time offer where people that don't have the dlc were able to buy it from Xur, and that gave me less reasons to buy beyond light. Now the contents of the only dlc I liked are gone, the cool quests that gave out the cool weapons I love just got replaced with what feels like a vending, the only game mode I enjoyed is becoming more annoying and starting to lose more of what I loved about it, and me realizing that the storage space that the game takes from my console are mostly content and future content I'm not interested in led me to deleting it. I also have some other reasons on why I deleted it, like how the weapon crafting doesn't feel as rewarding to the rng loot, and how None of the weapons really appeal to me and if they do, it's you have to buy the dlc to get it (except for that one free hakke shotgun that had above average range for some time, that one was fun). Sad fall out of love from a game.
Remember a time they removed maps for spawn issues. This season i die at least 2 times per game having people get revenge spawned on me, I push that dog with the bow out of his cheese spot and kill him and he spawns 40meters away in a perfect line of sight forcing me to go around the entire map again.. fun. Then you have titans( arc titans ) spam bs with that brokej melee aspect.
I was ready to come back to check out the rework of Competitive, and when I found out it used skill-based matchmaking instead of rank, that completely turned me off. You can't say you're creating a ladder system and then have it use SBMM. Ladders don't work if you're playing the same level of opponent from game 1. It's meant to progress in difficulty to the top tier. I just do not understand the logic.
Destiny beta player here: haven’t played in years but when I was in my hardcore years PVP in destiny felt like the next big thing. It was so fucking exciting and rewarding. It’s an absolute shame seeing what’s become of it (or rather what hasn’t) since I left. I don’t think I’ll ever return until destiny 3 and bungies neglect of PvP will be the primary reason.
Thanks for a great 2022 everyone

Dude you just don't know how to have fun anymore , it's still fun to jump in with any gun and have fun playing .
I appreciated you pointed out the difference between “rank” and “skill” based match making. This is something Bungie devs don’t seem to understand.
This title makes me cry a little on the inside.
Ae didn't narrow the skillgap much. It just makes people switch to pulse rifles and stay on the floor in a space Magic shooter. Boring af.
@@prome9362 yep. Barricades also got exponentially more powerful since you can’t just jump over them to kill the Titan
@@fort809only worked on bad titans anyway . Decent ones would just , walk through the barricade .
Also Gambit is dead
Wasn't SBMM in D1.....

"new maps? We always have new maps!" -someone from Bungie during Taken King
I still think a massive part of what killed destiny 2 for me is sunsetting
Mainly crucible pinnacle quests and exotic quests
The mountaintop quest and the recluse quest where some of the most fun I’ve had grinding in destiny 2 and the fact they just took the quests out behind the shed and had them shot is a actual travesty
Now there’s no reason to really play the bloody crucible anymore and it’s a bloody shame
There was also the actual crime that was removing a large amount of the maps
Yep. Taking away those quests was a huge killer to crucible. I spent tons of time chasing lunas howl and mountaintop and whatever
Exactly. It's just Halo with extra steps!
Better this than 343
Perfectly said
ENOUGH!
I see more effort on wokeness over the game….
It’s still “fun” sometimes the problem is that it just doesn’t feel like it matters. That’s the difference.
Really surprised you didn't mention sbmm on shadow keep and how they removed it 8 months later.
Then brought it back again. Bit worse cause of laggy forced crossplay Netcode.
@@bannedmann4469I never knew they took it away only to bring it back later! Such a typical Bungie hairbrain moment...

I'm basically just doing PvE til Lightfall. At this point I am struggling to find a reason to keep playing into the next expansion.
Anyway D1 will always be better in my opinion until they focus on gunplay in D2 again, make abilities less important, focus on the golden triangle, slow down movement, and make it so that stupid gameplay in the crucible is able to be punished and not rewarded (when someone does something so stupid but gets kills for it because they rely on a crutch exotic and abilities to give them free health or information that can not counter played against 🙃)
To be honest my usual answer for pvp is “pvp will always be on fire” no matter what state it’s in there’s always a fire somewhere
You brought back my memories of pain from the past 5 years of crucible
I do not miss any of it at all
The sound of pvp dying is beautiful ♡
Crucible, hate and love relationship. My KD has gone up but I hate running into 3v1 almost every match or spawning right next to the enemy team. 😂
It feels like Bungie doesn't understand PvP
I unironically view D2 vanilla PvP in a positive light. The game felt fair as opposed to unbearably unbalanced and luck based. I miss that bare bones style of PvP.
Yeah but it just wasn't very exciting or interesting.
Weren’t people sitting together and holding lanes with Mida in vanilla D2? I remember it early on not sure when exactly but that was a horrible time playing pvp.
@@SilverSurfer17 I will take that any day of the week over what we have now.

The crucible was in such a good spot just a year ago. During season 15/30th anniversery update, crucible was in an amazing spot. I don't know how we got to the state it's in now in only one year.
Didn't you watch the video?
3.0 subclasses, airborne effectiveness, and SBMM
Ironically we got in this spot because Bungie decided to show some attention to Crucible. It was better when they just ignored it. Now, with every change they make they make it worse.

Entering 2023 still stuck in an abusive relationship with Bungie and Destiny. 3 plus years since the renewed focus and yet we are still starved for pvp content. Like it or not, Crucible is a huge part of the game loop. Please just give us some content.
Mayhem is the only game mode that can hold my attention’s longer than 5 minutes.
Bungie: let's keep titan and Mercury vaulted and unvault mars.
Also bungie: let's not bring back the Mars maps and keep titan and Mercury maps.
He said it, come on bungie, start with giving us the maps back
Bungie forgets that a train station is a stationary thing; Destiny is something already in motion.
A fun game mode would be one where exotics are banned
train stations are stopping points, not destinations
Makes me so sad that so much money goes into the game and its quality is reflective of that
I’ve recently decided to get into D2 since quitting at the end of D1’s lifecycle. But this makes me second guess since PvP was so fun back then
I think it's worth a shot.
Yall guys remember the good old days when the Mountaintop nade launcher, the Recluse smg and the One Eyed Mask for Titans were a thing.
Crucible was best in d2 during forsaken imo
The worst thing is the matchmaking.
If you have a above 2. Kd, you get 5 negative kd player in your team...
Ever since 2015 my close friends have been asking me to play Destiny and I finally got into it in 2021. I really like the game but I can’t believe I missed out on D2’s best days.
I’m so sorry
Honestly i feel AE was the final nail with most players. It turned me of so much i just play to raid. Nothing else.
Best review I’ve seen on Bungies focus for pvp
I love the new Skill-Based Rank thing for Destiny 2... bro's that are awesome at pvp should have themselves.
When it comes to pvp, Bungie says working is too much work
The Fall and Fall of Destiny Crucible
I never played pvp in D1 until rise of iron because I sucked, but man it was fun
As the seasons go on, I find myself playing crucible less and less. By witch queen I never touch it and gambit anymore.
Well put Evan!
i love watching old pvp stuff.
17:00 - That BA cameo. Love to see Max getting more eyes on him and his content.
Watching some of your videos makes me want to comeback to destiny, but once I finished the unbroken quest I stopped playing D2
PvE players wished for this for years. We’ll see if the game survives w/out 30% of the playerbase.
Good ridance, 1/4 of PvP was cheaters
Dude, the Carbon days were pure gold.
Most of my friends in destiny 2 have been or are in top 1000 in a playlist or two… some being top 100. They play comp over casuals after work since the casual sbmm is so harsh compared to comp.
How was laning/team shooting addressed? I’m curious what Bungie did and how other developers address this issue in their games?
Everytime I forget how the community of this MMORPG, a genre that was always focused on PVE with a side of PVP, is obsessed with pvp, I immediately get reminded of it. I have no idea how Bungie got away with fucking up their game, when the community not only demands more pve content but ALSO Pvp content on top of that. They are literal legends.
I think you’re confused about something lol
I think you took a wrong turn somewhere because you are way off base.

I'm a player who abandoned Destiny 2 entirely and Beyond Light was a huge reason why. So many weapons removed, maps removed, but making crucible about abilities instead of gunplay was the nail in the coffin.
2014 damn I feel old. Honestly the reason I play the crucible is the game modes rotation week and double reputation.
Fact: Excessive nerfs ruined destiny 1 pvp
Tbh, I've always had a hit or miss with crucible, more so destiny 1 because of nostalgia.
But I'm honestly more enthralled with story and build crafting. It's just been more appealing.

Thank you for attending my TED Talk, lol
Crucible is in such a bad place that I actually believed all the PvP stuff Cross put out in his fake TWAB video
Thanks for making this video. I agree.
Im here for the thumbnail.
It is EPIC.🤣🤣
So many things you said I agree with. Good video ♡
Destiny pvp peaked in year 1 - vanilla, dark below and house of wolves. The metas were Incredible, the maps were the best they’ve ever been, Trials was the most hyped thing on the game. Everything was perfect.
Halo Combat Evolved was the game that got me into First Person Shooters ❤️
Hard missing those sunset crucible maps.
Remember a time they removed maps for spawn issues.
This season i die at least 2 times per game having people get revenge spawned on me, I push that dog with the bow out of his cheese spot and kill him and he spawns 40meters away in a perfect line of sight forcing me to go around the entire map again.. fun.

Nothing beats D1 crucible for me. D2 never felt the same. 😢 stopped playing after 6 months.

It’s an absolute shame seeing what’s become of it (or rather what hasn’t) since I left. I don’t think I’ll ever return until destiny 3 and bungies neglect of PvP will be the primary reason.
