Great video. It also helps to put the tofu in the freezer and let it freeze. You then let it thaw. It changes the texture. You then drain it and press it. I use it with Sky Valley Peanut sauce with other veggies and stir fry( with no oil). I also just break it apart with my hands making various size chunks.
You're sweet! Thank you! I have lost a little but (but not intentionally, actually). When I switched to a clean eating diet a few months ago, a few pounds dropped off! (I've also upped my exercise game a bit... that helps!) Thanks for your comment!
I am not a big fan of tofu, but I do like this recipe: 14 to 16 oz. extra firm tofu, pressed ½ t salt ½ t garlic powder ground black pepper 1 T cornstarch 1 T EVOO Cut tofu into small cubes. Toss to coat with a mix of with the ½ t salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add cornstarch and toss to coat. Add 1 T oil and toss to coat. Add to a parchment-lined baking sheet and put in the oven and turn to 375oF. After 10 min. at this temperature, toss and then bake another 10 min. It crisps further as cools.

Good suggestions! I've never tried freezing it. I'll give that a shot! Thanks!
Hi The Spicy Apron
How are you doing today🌹🌹?
I use tofu in spaghetti in place of meat. Also make scrambles and tofu patties
You look great. Did you lose weight?

@@Thespicyapronyou are like a super model
Making tofu taste good has been hit and miss for me. Last time I made it, it came out great.
I am not a big fan of tofu, but I do like this recipe:
14 to 16 oz. extra firm tofu, pressed
½ t salt
½ t garlic powder
ground black pepper
1 T cornstarch
1 T EVOO
Cut tofu into small cubes.
Good suggestions for those who would prefer to bake rather than air fry! Thanks for the input! :)
Cut tofu in "spam" slices. Spice similar to the way you did cubes , fry & make sandwiches.
Sounds yummy!!
