Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office No Longer Prosecuting For Marijuana Possession

The State's attorney for Baltimore announced in a press conference Tuesday that effective immediately, that her office will no longer prosecute marijuana possession regardless of weight or criminal history.

Sensible decision. I've always said, it's incredibly unfair for some people to do prison time for a drug that's legal in several American states.
