Zest from Fresh Florida Citrus, Ruby Red Grapefruit is added to a Witbier with toasted and crushed Coriander.
OMG! This beer came out amazing, and there were some shocks that I didn't expect.

Well done sir! You gave me an idea for brewing a Grand Cru using coriander seeds. Great idea of toasting I think that's what I'll do.
1 oz seems to be the max most people use, but next time, I'd consider 1.5 oz in a heart beat.
If you can find someone to bring you home "Pink Fuzz" by Beyond The Pale brewery in Ottawa, Canada, then you won't be disappointed. This was their flagship beer when they first opened and it blew everyone away. Of course, as you can imagine, it is not always as good as it once was, but still very hard to beat, and probably among the best examples of grapefruit beer that are available anywhere. I would love for you to know how they do it.
Sorry for the late comment (been a bit crazy), I've never heard of "Pink Fuzz", but will need to research this. I'm wondering if it is distributed to Toronto as I want to take my family there someday.
