Hi there, rather than focusing on what your weight should be, we should focus on what your body composition should be. We can utilize the BWI score to help track this. As we build/ preserve lean mass and lose body fat, our BWI score will increase. The BWI score will decrease if we're adding fat and losing muscle. The BIO age can also provide some great insights in regard to what our body composition should be, considering relatively healthy individuals will be at or below their real age and relatively unhealthy individuals will be above their real age. There are also body fat percent ranges on the back of the result sheets that highlight the ideal ranges for males and females depending on age. If you're looking for specifics regarding what your weight should be, the CDC or WHO website does have some calculators where you can input your information to find your ideal weight range.
