September asks a dying August who Christine Hollis was scene from The Firefly. Fringe belongs to Warner Bros. Entertainment No Copyright InFRINGEment intended.
i love how september is trying to convince himself that he does not understand what august is talking about yet he does, he does feel the love he grows for micheal. such a nice scene.
Fringe has a couple of loose ends but I don't think this is one. Her importance is significant to the observers only in the sense that she caused the death of August. It doesn't necessitate her being played into the main plotline at all.
This scene is so beautiful, and sad at the same time. Poor August, it's sad but also beautiful because he dies loving her, but also dies knowing that she's safe.
Two great performances in this scene. Fringe is one of my favorite series. August realizing what love is and September secretly understanding and him swallowing (subtle if you look at it 1:57-:2:00) his own emotions brought much needed nuance to the Observers and how the audience thinks of them.
I'm rewatching Fringe all those years later, and I was so emotional during the whole episode 😥 sad she didn't get to know the real reason why he kidnapped/saved her
technically in final timeline after last episode, since the Observers were never created, August, September and the rest of the scientific team was never created. So if the events play out as they should, Christine dies in plane crash this time.
That isn't necessarily true. How do I know this? Peter's alive and present in the amber!verse. The changes to the timeline only "took effect," as it were, at the moment the Observers (would have) arrived from the future to take over the world (the scene in the park). The whole thing is a giant paradox. This is spelled out, more or less, in the video Walter left for Peter in the lab, which they actually watched together in episode 513. Walter in the video talks about Peter receiving a letter from him, which we see in the finale - it's the white tulip - but that he'd never see him again, because he and Michael would be removed from the timeline at that point. Ergo, everything that happened _up to the point the Observers would have invaded,_ remained unchanged.
Observers were still created. The plan was never to wipe them out, it was to give them a better evolutionary path. The scientific team still existed, but the next phase had no reason to happen.

He said in 5/13 only after his device was removed when he fully understood what love and being a father was like. My favorite show. Ty.
He was also about to cry here. His eyes were watery.
"you made her important"
*We never saw her again.*

She just "important" cuz she is the cause of August's death, one of the OG Observers.
Well it was kinda just a lame joke, but thank you guys.
Boy I like all Fringe episodes... but this is one of my top 5 episodes. this scene makes it perfect

OMG This scene is another one that makes me cry. How sweet and sad it is.
Same here. Very beautiful, and perfectly tragic. Wonderful performances and writing in this episode.
@@dreamer2260 agree. August will always be my favourite Observer

August looks gorgeous even without hairs and eyebrows
you made her important... awesome
This is probably my 2nd favorite scene from fringe.
What is the first

Thanks so much for posting this. I needed to tell someone why they are important to me and this scene sums it up perfectly.
One of the best episodes of Fringe👏
T ^T *cries uncontrollably*
Así es 😪
Yep. Heartbreaking, and very beautiful.

We knew nothing of them... I was so naive to trust them... we were all so naive.
Tbf the 12(11?) were naïve too.
this is from 2.08 and a scene from the episode august
