    The thought of how many times this has happened in the past, when cops didnt have cameras on , is sickening. . . Not to think of how many black men can't get a job , simply because of the actions of a rogue cop lying, planting evidence and so forth!!!!

    Mr Price did an amazing job on that stand. He told the truth and didn’t waiver from it. Truth is truth just as law is law!!!! It broke my heart when he said his kids has to live with seeing their dad treated like a second class citizen. Cops need to remember that at the end of the day we’re all human and we should all be treated with fairness.

    I hate that the jury doesn't get to hear and see everything. A terrorist cop just walks up and a black kid is standing with several officers who are not grabbing him. He decides to grab him ,wrestle him to the ground , cuff him then claim he was resisting and not 1 cop there says a word. What kind of circus are they running there? So if Moreno didn't know what was going on he needed to ask questions of the cops that were there BEFORE assaulting someone.

    The cops were sloppy unprofessional and corrupted. The gun was planted that's why he closed the Mustang roof. Attacking the brother for picking up personal property is grounds for termination and arrest due to, excessive force and threatened to cause serious injury by using a service dog on a civilian who's only picking up personal property authorized by the defendant. Picking up property is not a crime. Driving a Mustang with the roof drop down and having his home raided by swat is not a crime after the fact. Supervision failed to supervise. The entire precinct should be subject to an investigation for the constitutional rights violation of unlawful search and seizure and assaulting a cuff defendant by removing the cuff and then assaulting him just to place the cuff back on.

    Unfortunately, Mr. Price was the best witness for the defense. By him reiterating the “no communication”, he opened the door for the “good faith” defense. Although Moreno’s public apology and his “fight me” crap should have told the jury something, this was only a misdemeanor offense anyway. This former cop is actually running for York County City council. I hope his rivals can show this video.

  • @alteredexistence4115
    @alteredexistence4115 2 роки тому +14

    Between those videos...its clear as a bell. This kid was doing exactly as he was asked, the cop advanced on him and pushed him back, then attacked him when he went to steady himself from falling over...telling him to "fight, its just you and me"...he was looking for a fight and the cop belongs in prison. No communication, zero personal accountability. I have been saying it for years, police should not have qualified immunity where the taxpayers have to pay for their screwups. It gives them zero reason to do their due diligence and do better because they aren't on the hook for their screwups. All police should be forced to get personal liability insurance for police work...they screw up, their insurance company is on the hook until the insurance company decides the officer is a liability and drops them. No longer able to obtain liability insurance, you are no longer able to be a cop, law enforcement, or even a security guard in any capacity. Make them PERSONALLY LIABLE for what they do and you will start to see change.

    There was no indication that the young man was a threat. The officer just wanted to behave in an aggressive manner and manhandle the young man just because he has a gun and arrest powers. No one cares what the officer could have thought. It is what you see, not what you want to think. The officer is a bad person and cop. Makes all the good cops look bad. It's not Travis Price's fault that the officers did not communicate with each other. That is on the officers. Did none of them think to speak into their radio microphone and tell the other officers that Price was coming to get his brothers belongings? This could have been 100% prevented had the officers had better communication with each other. The guy questioning Price tried to get him to say that he understood how the mistake happened, but Price was too smart to fall for the trick. Understanding how it happened or not, it still happened and the fault it happened was poor communication on the officer's part.

    • @dennisjohnsen7297
      @dennisjohnsen7297 2 роки тому +1

      And that’s why this officer was acquitted. I must say, this young man’s constant reiterating “no communication” was the best thing he could have done for the defendant. I’m sure that he was going for the “good faith” defense, so the less he knows about what is going on, the more he can use the “good faith” defense. Ignorance is a cop’s best friend. If he knows what he is doing is wrong, or what is going on, he can’t claim to be acting in good faith. But thanks to this testimony, no communication, this testimony just hammered home the “good faith” defense. The prosecution might have wanted to cover this before his star witness blew his case.

      @@plutotech where did you get that information? You do realize that both the prosecution AND the defense have a say in who is going to be on the jury.
      The testimony that this “star witness” gave was what destroyed the prosecution’s case. If you understand that cops working in a quickly evolving, fast paced environment where split second decisions are necessary, they are given a lot of latitude. The ability to ere on the side of caution. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not defending what happened here. I think that it was brought to this point of chaos because of the antagonistic behavior of a few cops. My point is that due to the rapid development of the scene, cops are given the ability to make decisions that are based on what they believe to be necessary for the safety of everyone involved. When this witness just keeps hammering home the lack of communication, he’s telling the jury that the defendant didn’t have all the facts, and therefore acted on the information he did have, which would be considered to be that the defendant had acted in good faith. The jury didn’t force this witness to say what he said. The prosecution can’t coach him, but I bet he wishes he could have heard this ahead of time.

    Here's a Pont I think is relevant. There's a law that states that anyone getting involved in an investigation is againt the law . OK...him being thete and involving himself to begin with was wrong and for the two cops that gave permission for him to get his brothers stuff was wrong for going againt the law that people are not to interfere in anyway in an investigation . If there's going to be that law then for them two to allow him to be involved in any way was wrong to begin with so I feel that those two officers should be held accountable as well in that respect. The problem these day is that too many people think they have the right to get involved and if Price would have minded his own business to start with it wouldn't have ever been a problem to start with so fir that cop to get fired was really nit right. If he should be held accountable then the other cops should as well . Price is just pissed cause he got his face scratched up. It all comes down to the fact that had he never got involved to begin with then it wouldn't have ever happened. And the brother that was getting arrested should never have been getting in trouble with drugs and gun in his car . He keeps saying he came all aggressive . Look how many times all the ass wipes think they can just get involved in police business these days . It makes me sick . I think anyone getting involved is asking for what they get cause they should be minding their own business and stop acting like they have some right to stick their nose in police business. Uou get involved you should deal with the consequences. Just like that big hefty woman than came up talking her mess . Asking why this and that . Well the police didn't owe her any explanation and should have told her to mind her business . I think any involvement from anyone they should automatically go to jail cause they are breaking the law . I say you got what you got cause you git involved to start with . And if you hadn't been acting a fool your face wouldn't ever got scratched you resisted and you got put on ground . And also that cop didn't ever put his hand around h8s brother neck he put his hand on his shoulder I saw it with my own eyes .
