Perfect Butter Cake Recipe
Traditional, rich, soft and fluffy butter cake. This is the best butter cake recipe. This easy recipe yields sweet and buttery cake with simple ingredients!
Ingredients
all purpose flour 250g
2 teaspoon baking powder
Butter, at room temperature 250g
Sugar 250g
4 large eggs, Separate Egg Yolks and Egg Whites
Milk 40 ml
2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Yes you can but is not safe to leave out and should be refrigerated. Just make sure you bring it to room temperature before eat

Ingredients
100 g raisins and glacé fruits
250 g of Buttter
250 g of White Sugar
4 Eggs
3 tsp of Vanilla exract
30 ml of fresh Milk
250 g of Flour
2 tsp of Baking powder
Instructions
Combine tutti frutti and raisins. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Grease and flour a loaf pan Whisk flour, ground almonds, baking powder and salt.
Beat butter and sugar in an electric mixer until it becomes fluffy. Add the vanilla extract, tutti frutti, raisins and walnuts.
Add milk and beat gently Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for an hour.
Remove from oven and let it cool Slice when cool and serve with Tea/coffee

@@dilkitharika6512 for real vanilla cake.. do not use separated egg whites. Use it for sponge cakes.

@@dilkitharika6512 Welcome. If you are using beaten egg whites.. make sure not to overbeat and always do not add more than a half of the tray(fill half). Once it doesn't have a space to rise.. it will crack
