One more Q: I noticed you used a hot stone in the oven, if I don't have one may I bake on a regular baking pan?
I tried this twice and yes it works but just that without a peel it's actually rather tricky to turn the bread or take the bread out after baking.
Is it too late to ask: May I add say 80g of chopped olives? Also to confirm if using instant yeast I should reduce to 3g? Thank you
Again twice I use 1:1 and it works. Does not affect the taste too.

Why need to use so much yeast? I thought it should be 3g instead of 6g
Hi, if you use Instant Yeast it is usually 3g, but if you use Active Dry Yeast it is 6g. Have a Happy Baking
