Really sorry for the delay of the part 4 of our Taiwan series from Yilan, we will be publishing it as soon as possible! Today we have a quick episode from Hong Kong! After Hong Kong we have a Korean Street Food series! A lot coming up form us and stay tuned while we film in Malaysia on our instagram : instagram.com/chopsticktravel or FB : facebook.com/chopsticktravel
Love this guy. Really knows how to eat noodles. A dude with a real hard-on for food, and genuinely so, at such a young age. It's like watching myself. But canadian. And better looking. And before I got fat. Respect x
Love WONTON NOODLE! Went there a couple of times! Good food, a bit pricey! I go to that alley for one thing--- COINS! I go to the local coin shop in the arcade in Wing Kut street! GOOD VIDEO!
Nice video as usual guys! Everything looks delicious. I gotta try duck. I’am a little hesitant, apprehensive. I have this uneasy feeling that it’s gamey tasting ?. We shall see.
Dude that's so cool that they invited you. You are at 315k subs already! I remember the guy that risked his life to make some food, it was the first video I watched.
Excellent video! You both looked really sharp all dressed up 😊😊 Blue Curacao (the blue orangy flavored thing) is one of my fave liquors to add to certain cocktails. Want to know a funny fact about blue curacao? Your body doesn't break down the blue color in it so when you have enough drinks and use the bathroom don't be shocked to see something blue staring at you hahaha sorry TMI but it is true!
I have watched several Asian food vlogs that you have produced, to be honest, I dun think you know eastern foods, although it is perfectly normal, I do hope that your future vlogs in Asia can introduce things more in depth.
He has a potential to be a strong competitor of mark weins 😁 although its not a competition but just saying he has that potential to get famous one day.
Hey Luke! I really enjoy your videos, but what i would really hope for you to add on is your genuine rating on the food! Rating as in a score from 1 to 10? Really add more depth into the channel!!
@@LukeMartin Ha yes! Funny thing is, A friend of mine from Singapore needs to go to Joi Hing every time when he's in HK and he will have two plates of their rice lol
Love your show more than other ones. Mainly cause you have the camera mostly on the food lol. You and other host are okay looking. But we're here to see the meals and not someone's face throughout.
Great video Luke. A true inspiration . I am trying to get my UA-cam channel going . If I could even get a fraction of the subscribers you have I'd die a happy man . Keep it up ! ❤
Beef brisket in Chinese cuisine is not deem as cheap cut because if it cook down to fork tender braised meat it is worth the money. However, this curry place is quite expensive in fact.
I’ve NEVER seen a roast meat restaurant where the meats are steaming, I’m guessing they reheated the meats in the microwave. Also, I know a lot of youtubers do vlogs in HK at Yat Lok. Don’t believe the hype folks.I have to say when I ate there it wasn’t that great. Kam’s is MUCH BETTER for roast duck. Just my 2 cents.
When i visit that place i always pour the whole curry on the rice and use the empty bowl for bones. Mutton curry is their signature dish unfortunately Luke missed it. Usually mutton curry finishes during the lunch hour (around 1:00 PM), so they replaced it with beef curry. Their beef curry is good but their mutton curry is at whole different level. I visited there some two weeks ago, i also got beef instead of mutton even tho i had asked for mutton curry. Their chinese duck is also very good.

How interesting! Is that like saki?
Sort of similar, it is made from grains but different processing and tastes.
Try the app. Open Rice for all your food needs in H.K.
We have used it before, thanks for the suggestion!

I have watched several Asian food vlogs that you have produced, to be honest, I dun think you know eastern foods, although it is perfectly normal, I do hope that your future vlogs in Asia can introduce things more in depth.
It’s like watching Lost In Translation 2 when they filmed you and asked questions. 😄

Your hometown is awesome!
He has a potential to be a strong competitor of mark weins 😁 although its not a competition but just saying he has that potential to get famous one day.

What is the mutton version is that goat meat or lamb?
Am surprised you didnt get a buzz or an apettite after
wine tasting Kool Video
wow, the food in HK are quite expansive compares to TW
Most things are more expensive in HK compared to Taiwan, due to size and demand!
Like always love to watch you bro😘
Thanks buddy!
It's my first time watching this guy and he reminds of mark wiens.
Pretty sure he tries to be a copy of him.
@@deandreworthington8828 He doesn’t have Wien’s over-the-top mannerisms and hand-waving.
OMG ! Joi Hing is the best !!!
Joy Hing was certainly delicious, and their portions are huge! You really need a big appetite to eat there haha!
@@LukeMartin Ha yes! Funny thing is, A friend of mine from Singapore needs to go to Joi Hing every time when he's in HK and he will have two plates of their rice lol

Thanks for watching Patrick!
your videos r better then the food ranger keep it up
Woah woah woah settle down! Just because he has some drone shots doesn't warrant such a wildly incorrect statement.
I can go through 3 bowls of that wonton noodles in one sitting, easy.
me too 😂😂😂
Luke,,,, great job. Am waiting to hear from you in Ghana West Africa.
(GAZULA vlogs)

@@LukeMartinthanks for the reply ! you made my morning ! ❤😎 ..
I love Hongkistan
The prices your posting seem pretty expensive for the meals.. the curry looked nice, but $8.43 USD for rice and off-cut beef curry hmmm...
Beef brisket in Chinese cuisine is not deem as cheap cut because if it cook down to fork tender braised meat it is worth the money. However, this curry place is quite expensive in fact.
why you dont like to come to the northern part of China?
you know we have all those foods in LA.
Wow usd8 for that meal. So exp. even for me as a Singaporean.
Yup, welcome to HK!
whenever i see a drone footage it hurts.
because i crash my mavic into an acropolis T_T hahaha
nice video btw :p
yumm yumm

Your video is interesting
Thank you!
I could never go vegan. The roast duck has been my favourite bbq dish since I was a child.
It's too good to resist!
Dude you gotta find something in your game to make it interesting! Rate it

Funky Chicken it’s the boiled rice that’s steaming idiot
I wanted to just pour that bowl of beef curry on your rice. 😄
Eventually we did after we shut the cameras off!
