I think this is based off a real thing. The end part at least. I remember watching a UA-cam video of something along the lines of “scary unsolved mysteries” and the end part of this game with the creepy whispering while filming a burning house plus the sound of a fire truck (?) siren is very similar to a found footage in the video. From what I remember the killer was never identified.
Found footage in a video game is so good imo you're in control of it kinda, but this one is unique you're the killer and seeing the shit he does, hope they make a bigger game with the found footage concept, guess the killer was filming one of the houses burned then went to another
Grave Encounters is a great movie low budget horror movie which only cost like twenty thousand Canadian dollars to make and the FX are well executed👌 I seen that movie years ago not long after it came out and mee and my friends still love ittt😊I then excitingly anticipated the sequel and was severely disappointed haha but I came to expect that anyway👍
Ok I know I'm over a year late to this video... but the building they shot Grave Encounters in was actually an old mental hospital that was built in 1904 in an area of BC, Canada near where I live! Luckily no known reports (that I know of) of the typical abuse you hear of with mental health facilities back in that time. It actually was reported to have large gardens and observatories on site for the patients to cultivate for the therapeutic benefits! It closed in I think 2012 but has just recently had brand new buildings constructed on site and reopened as state of the art mental health facilities. But the old creepy building is still on the property... presumably for filming awesome movies and shows like Grave Encounters :)
Personally, I liked Night Shift more, so I'll take you up on that recommendation. Also, I said it before and will say it again, I support your idea about playing Subnautica.
If there's a game that looks like 90s TV shows, it's puppet combo in addition to that one of the most thrilling games that exists ( amongst horror games that is at least) and the deafening silence at the beginning... Uh boy

i mean, yes but technically it would be “in to” not “into” as into is more of a transformative action. in and to can be separated like “she turned it in.” if it were into, it would technically mean that footage transformed into the police men, not that the footage was now in police custody. prepositions are kinda my thing, sorry
