fr, the mod itself is already cool enough, but it could become one of the greatest newer mods made if it's compatible enough (which it seems to be). the main thing isn't the content, but the systems itself and their incredible polish.
@@haxking2 I wish it added new mobs instead of just using the already existing mobs, new villager roles would have been nice, such as a builder (which might exist i havent touched the mod) or a guard
@@LionOfTawhid true, but as I said it it's compatible enough it should be fine. I saw someone try using some of Cataclysm's bosses in it. Althoug the AI didn't try to fight air units, it worked pretty well. It could be possible to try mix the mod with minecolonies, but I don't know how either of those mods are made so it may be a lot of work.
@@haxking2I want to try this one! But I wonder, Is it singleplayer-friendly? Like, Can you played it alone without any friends? I, Myself, Don’t have that much friends to played with so I ended up playing singleplayers every time I got chance lol.
I like how it’s all just simulated in the Minecraft world, so you could in theory add any mod and it would still work, of course some wouldn’t really make since because you couldn’t access the content without some additional compatibility layer. But one could add like the tornadoes mod and then tornadoes and stuff could come ravage your base, or serene seasons, or some world gen mod (stuff that doesn’t require player manipulation to access the content)
Players can still be playing normally while people are controlling the RTS mode. You could have pseudo hero units or be the DM in some sort of RPG perhaps.
@@jackwilliams2673 That's actually a really cool idea. The mod page says it isn't balanced for player's, so it may take additional coding though. I was wondering if it could be updated to have compatibility with KubeJS or just datapacks, to allow for additional buildings and units, so things like buildings incorporating other mods could be possible.
Are caves accessible in reign of nether? Would be kinda insane if it was possible to switch y-axis view and have units be able to go underground, maybe even have digger units, to do stuff like come up under the enemy's base or dig up a huge hole under it then collapse it :D
Looks like something you'd seen in an ad for a mobile game just to install it and realize that it was a pre-rendered video and the real game is infinitely less exciting
Minecraft III: The Reign of Nether is already out, can't wait for Minecraft III: The Frozen Throne to come out, where the noble hero of the villagers, Steve, battles the undead curse and travels to the long-forgotten continent of Snowrend, only to end up becoming Herobrine and learning the undead scourge against the world.

I'd love to see how it'd work with villager skin mods and if there could be an addon that allows you to give them guns from different mods. You could actually have real RTS C&C-like wars if you wanted that way. Dawg imagine one day you can command a Create vehicle to conquer with it...
