i love how nearly all of these counters to the butler rely on him being too short

it takes the butler 12 seconds to aggro onto a player so yeah

The cut off explosion before we move on to the next tip is unintended peak comedy.
Keep in mind that the trapping of bees (/jester, ....) is not possible on the curved bookshelves. Only on the railing and the normal bookshelves.
For cheese in multiplayer id recommend using doors. Do the same thing as in singleplayer, but also spam ‘E’ key so the door will be closed as soon as the butler open it

One of the recent-ish times i played, i got lucky with a worm eating an old bird and a giant, then later (dont remember if same in game day, but definitely same run) a worm ate a dog that was about to kill me. Just like old birds, worms can be very helpful in dealing with those annoying outside monsters! You just need to know how to escape em lol
The fridge does NOT work anymore, had to learn the hard way.
it should be noted that regarding the small bookcase kill at ~1:35, it's possible for the butler to push you off of it in certain locations.

Nice to have the video. I have seen you use these techniques in streams but somehow I thought the butler was 1 hit solo and 5 in group. I never messed with him but now it seems possible to deal with him.
Its weird how this guy feels harder than the nutcracker when the shotgun is much more powerful
I have only killed butlers, and never successfully killed a nutcracker

So I haven't really tested this for very long, but there was a few times while trapping bees with the stairs, I was able to just walk under, or past the stairs, and they were stuck... Dont take this for absolute, because I haven't tested it much... But just a thought

My main issue with killing a butler on those grated catwalks is the explosion often launching you back AND sideways, right into the abyss, even with closed door technique

i hope dev wont fix bookshelves and exit cus it looks legit and game is lethal enough, you need at least some consistent ways to get rid of enemies without shotgun or stun grenades
also imagine If we could buy insecticide like we can buy weed killer now
a like strategy I dont think was mentioned here that I actually figured out myself when the v50 beta first released, in that one facility tile that's one of the newer ones, that has the like big thing in the middle and multiple doorways, u can crouch underneath the little pipe thing? and he can't get u ithink I haven't actuality tested this again u might need to like crouch on the side opposite of him for it to work

could you make a 10 people quota world record where u try what u can possibly get in lethal company till u die
so i mean a full lobby with friends and the empty spots fill good members of the community in and then we can see if there is a possible quota limit even when u play with 10 people so that means this is the maxium of lethal company that u can ever get
A 50 or something player lobby with the people in his discord server would be the most organised and grand game ever, assuming nobody trolls
@@shalodey 10 people are the max in normal lethal company in modded u can make a 32 player lobby
