Hey matonizz! I am just getting out of school for the summer and I really wanted to grind euphonium over the summer. I really want to make all-state for TMEA, I have a pretty intermediate skill level and was wondering what practice techniques I should do. Should I do fundamentals, like lip slurs, intervals, etc? Do you have any practice books that you would recommend? I'm a sophomore in high school and I have absolutely no clue on what to practice over the summer to increase my skill to a higher lever.
Might I recommend Lotus. Different sizing obviously for what you’re trying to do, but the turbowood 2xl (Bach 1.5c equivalent I believe) I’m using is wonderful on my lips. I use it mainly on my Olds Super, but I’d use it on my flugelhorn just as readily.

@@Matonizz thank you so much!
What mouthpiece do you recommend. Your horn sounds better than mine. I'm using a Denis Wick 4FL.
I'm pretty sure Drew uses Bach
