Whilst I don’t recall seeing this first time round I am really enjoying watching it on UA-cam even if it was not Brian Murphys best sitcom and not a major success but still funny 😂 in parts

Good to see Amanda Barrie & the grate Richard Vernon ( the bank manager ) he was brilliant in class act with Joanna Lumley back in the 90,s. Thank you for uploading this. P. S. Does anyone know if they made more then one series of this ?
I love most of the classic sitcoms but I can see why this one was short lived. Brian Murphy was class in Man about the house and George and Mildred but this wasn’t one of his best.

Murphy is a fine actor but the writing is poor and he is struggling to extract laughs. Not the best sitcom.
