Bengtson's Pumpkin Farm

Originally opened in 1981 to sell their pumpkin crop to the public, Bengtson's Pumpkin Farm in Homer Glen, Illinois is perhaps the most delightful family farm attractions out there. In addition to the hayrides, pumpkin patch, and petting zoo, this family farm also boasts an impressive array of themed rides.
The true star attraction is the 2019 Metallbau Emmeln farm-themed tractor ride, Tractor Town. This amazing little ride is one of the best themed rides outside of the theme park giants, taking riders through a classic farm -- complete with a large red and white-trimmed barn. Many animatronics line the course, entertaining guests of all ages.
Of course, Bengtson's Pumpkin Farm is also home to a roller coaster, Barnyard Dance. A 2017 installation of the SBF Visa Group MX608 spinning coaster, it stands 14 feet tall and has 190 feet of track. The ride loads inside a small barn, which also serves as a fly-through for the top portion of the ride.
