A like just for the deer hanging out with you two. (I _know_ you feed 'em - confess!)
Your issue w/ the lack of power outlets is the reason why I like the dinette in front of the kitchen.
Usually the kitchen has a 'power tower' or the most outlets in an RV design. *NEWMAR, take note* :
the new wave of RV customers need a power outlet tower in/near the dinette!

One other note, consider leaving your dump hose connected to the plumbing at the valve, and storing the hose in that compartment. It saves a lot of time when dumping, and it's less messy. Simply dump the black first, then the gray, then shake the hose out good to all the gray comes out of the crevices of the hose. It's fast. And don't camp with your valves open while connected. That's a recipe for trouble. Always fill tanks to at least half full, on the black and gray, then dump, then shut the valves back when camping in the same place for weeks.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Baystar 3312 (must be discontinued now). We're considering the 2022 year, model 3401, where the plumbing and water lines don't move when moving the living room slide. I just don't like articulating plumbing. It also doesn't have the issues with the bathroom door, and folding the bed. Can you even get in the bathroom with the bedroom slide in? That would be a show stopper if you can't use the bathroom while traveling, especially with kids.

Thanks for the detailed review! I have recently put an order for a BayStar 3616 and should receive it in May. I believe that is the model you should have gone with! :) It has a bunk be and 1.5 baths! Anyway, thanks for sharing your opinions!
