    Guys, if you're ever in doubt, MEMORIZE Harry's lesson at 7:53 -- simply say "I'm sorry" AND THEN add the phrase "How can I make it up to you?" This is a perfect combo that is versatile for all situations you end up in. Happy 2024 everyone!
