Don't forget that the back of the discard holder gives you a permanent skill when there is a graveyard. There are two choices depending how you assemble it, and looks like you didn't the pray one. You can always reassemble...
Very enjoyable. One of the things I have learned from roll playing games is explore everything. At this point you have missed much. Even things that could restore your 'health'. It is worth exploring.
Just watched up to here Colin, I got off the first part of the Island quite quickly in the submarine, use the magnifying glass it really is handy. Def have to explore more ;-) everything on the tiles means something, so interesting to see that you arrived in a completely different part of the island. So have stopped watching for now until I get through the next part, hopefully, not looking that good at the moment for my explorers.
I think you are correct about the cliff. I think you are in the right place. I would dig (that has got to be worth it) and then climb up. You can come back to fish if you need too later for food.
Life jacket, you can use -1 and/or star. So you can do both if you want. Perfect draw on the swim up! Dig and climb! Especially since you have a shovel
A create your own adventure, very cool. But I'm wondering what that little hillock is just before the cliff? Unless your looking to swim back, perhaps to another location...I think the cliff climb is the only other option.
I do think you are going in the correct direction so far. Swimming across the channel took a lot of energy, if it was up to me I would try to recover some of that energy by eating. I have to imagine there will be even more tasks in the future to spend a significant amount of energy
One Stop Co-op Shop yeah definitely need some tool to help for sure. It would be cool if you could use that hole as an animal trap. Man this game is awesome!
I think at some point you are going to have to consider doing the hunting and/or fishing actions because those allow you to put cards back into your deck from your discard pile. I am not sure if you want to do it yet or not. I agree that going up the cliff is worth the risk - just do not send klutzy Keelan :)
Hahaha klutzy Keelan I like the name! Yeah I know I will need to fish soon but thinking of holding off for now.... to the pirate treasure and the cliff we go!!
Dunno about digging... it IS tempting. But it's 5 *more* action cards and you can only keep one =:-( It's natural to not want your adventurers to be freezing, but do you see a downside in the game to leaving them that way? Or do we not know yet? Looks like 'climb the cliff' time. The fire will let you come back down for free to dig or go fishing later. Getting some more gear first would be good.
I know, the diggings is expensive, BUT I do have a shovel, and I should have done it together so I could decrease the amount of cards to increase the amount of required successes. But alas, you will see in the next episode what happens :). If I left my adventurers freezing, and they drew a new state card, it could get bad as we may have to discard cards from the action deck. Best for them to warm up (plus I don't want them to be cold, I just made them swim in unknown waters!) Gear would be good too!! Thanks for watching!
LoL - somehow I missed that the next episode was already out. Yep - tackling problems with just one adventurer is a mistake I've seen in other playthroughs too. Not being able to adjust the cards drawn/successes needed, equipment that would've helped not present, getting excellent cards specifically for adventurers not participating... UGH!
This game is amazing. Absolutely new idea for a "boardgame". Nice play
Thanks so much for watching!

Shoot Paul I totally forgot about that!! Thanks for the reminder!

HAHAHA yeah you are right! Missing stuff for sure! Can't wait to hear how your journey goes!! Good luck to your explorer's!

Agreed Doug!! Thanks for three suggestion!
HAHAH ATV got me laughing pretty hard. . I can only hope I find something that useful!!

Got you, dig and climb seems to be the popular choice!!
Woaa, this feels like point and click adventure, but with cards - nice :)
Oh yeah!! Why it is so cool!!
A create your own adventure, very cool. But I'm wondering what that little hillock is just before the cliff? Unless your looking to swim back, perhaps to another location...I think the cliff climb is the only other option.
Steve, I agree it is not perfect, but thanks for the advice!! Oh and thanks for watching!!
I think you're right about that cliff
I sure hope so!! You think I should go for it right away or maybe try something else first?
amazing playthrough, this game is like running a DND or COC by myself
Glad you enjoy it!

Awesome thanks Steve!! I thunk I need some fishing gear before trying to fish as 4 succeses on 2 cards ain't hing to happen!

Should have explored much more on the first island and gotten the gear wheels and used the sub.
Many mistakes were made! First time through the 7th continent so no idea what I was doing!
@@OneStopCoopShop You should play more with videos! (Because that will mean more playthroughs for me to watch! :D)
I think I’m the resident 7th continent fan at this point. Can’t wait for 7th citadel! - Mike
The early submarine is classic good game design. Show the objective early, so people know why they're exploring to look for gears.
Good point!! It will be interesting to see if we need to go back to the sub!

Exactly!! Going to focus on that for the next episode thanks!!!
Gah! I love these kinds of exploration games
