No the joke is Internet Explorer is slow and while Pewds is right now one of the biggest youtuber (pretty sure THE biggest but idk) and is married to that Italian girl (Marzia) after dating for a long long time. Internet explorer is so slow it only just now is saying what already happened way before, that's always the joke. His @ is ironic to make it more funny
