The only thing I have to say is listen to Dr. Foster and you will win your case, It took 3 months to be approved but they won't start paying me intil the 6 month after filing. Thank you Dr. Foster your a life saver.😊
The doctors do not know what caused my left vocal cord paralysis. MRI shows brain to be normal. I was working with harsh chemicals and was also under a lot of stress. Had covid a few months before it happened as well. The botox injection helped but still have trouble with speaking for long periods of time and in noisy places. Also, get winded with fast-paced jobs. Is this a disability that is easy to get approved?

Unfortunately, no, as Social Security will likely decide you can still work a simple, entry-level job.
