I'm have chronic depression and anxiety along with neurological issues like balance problems. Social Security had me do a IQ testing and my IQ is 66 they said i have intellectually disability i also have problem remember personal information. I had a lawyer with me for the hearing with administrative law judge i got approved for disabled benefit 👌
If someone has past/decades old PTSD, chronic Depression from the past, and a newer event that is now causing a daily depression that is not yet known to have a fix effecting quality of life (Long COVID taste and other newer issues), is there an actual medical term/prognosis?
An persistent abundance of negative emotion, which is what you are describing, with insight into the fact that something is wrong with you is a classic example of neurosis. Psychotherapy is the primary treatment, psychotherapeutic drugs may or may not help.
@@DisabilityExams Thank you Doc. Psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic drugs (slight changes from time to time) for many years now only keeping things at bay (neutral).
I'm schizophrenic and also an extreme hypochondriac I've considered taking ect treatments because I'm medication resistant and I have severe reactions to the medication that I try but my mom has told me horror stories of my uncle doing it 28 times and he told me it was personally a hellish experience for him so I'm biased about it
That many ECT treatments was used in the past, but rarely these days. It's usually a couple of treatments over a week or so. Again, it's done under anesthesia - you are unconscious just like in surgery. You WILL lose some memory of recent events before the treatment, but that's all for most people.

Dish washing is too difficult?
IQ of 70 or below meets a listing for "Intellectual Disorder".
Mine IQ is lower due to head trauma and double eyes vision
I fell out of a high chair when I was a baby.

There's always a reason. Depression is the body's healthy warning sign that they're doing something wrong.
