yeah, he was coming back anyways to keep working on the shifter they didnt wanna lose a lap. so why put it back on when theyre gonna take it back off again, but bad news was in that race he got eliminated from the chase pretty much xD

I would love to watch a race with the spotters. It would probably be an interesting perspective but also just listening to all the shit that happens during a race. Seeing spotters yell at each other and at NASCAR officials would be pretty entertaining.
