I have genuine printed evidence of Royal Mail tracking - from both the Trimble devices in the vans and from the PDA - both accurately track them via GPS and can overlay the data on a map, and also print out exact locations and the speed, direction and time stopped
In customer service, we are already surveilled every second of the working day. Inbound and Outbound calls recorded, Log on times, and Log off times. Breaks, Toilet Breaks etc, all under scrutiny. All the talk of surveillance appears to be about posties and drivers, not people in offices. Who are already subject to it.
