The union is in a weak position because of the dreadful deal for Delivery staff and Royal Mail knows we could never get a yes vote for industrial Action , All self inflected unfortunately 😢
I can not see how the mess with in royal mail delivery as it is can be just blamed on royal mail the union has to accept responsibly.
Simon Thompson walked off into the sunset 🌇 with 700,000 Thousand pounds and the union bought into the Royal Mail is broke sob story 😢
I dont trust Royal Mail and i dont trust the union ,most posties now are silent quitting now ,we are getting nothing from either side just being driven into the ground in horrific working conditions everyday ,posties are being mistreated everyday and the union sit back and let it happen and by the look of it are trying to add more work on to us. I've never seen so much chatter and little action.

My question for Karen: what is happening on T&C equality for new contracts? Union said this was a red line but 18 months after its imposition, talks were promised but only silence.
You will be be shaping no future. The company will do what they like, as is proven. Time and time again. 2% pay rise you “negotiated” (they told you we weren’t getting anymore). A complete embarrassment. Let me guess, “if you’d of seen Royal Mails original plans”. These conversations are a complete waste of your time and ours. No one is interested. We are interested in actions not 2 blokes waffling on. Get into the work places.

Does anyone know what the new agreement for sick pay is.
Seems to be nobody knows or have conflicting ideas?
Would be helpful if the union took the time to tell us.
