Great breakdown of the real costs of owning a Ferrari 488 GTB! It's super helpful to see the financing details and how you managed to pay off the loan-definitely valuable insights for anyone considering a luxury car. By the way, if you're interested in upgrading your 488 with modern tech, we'd love to offer you a special deal on our Ferrari CarPlay / Android Auto Module. Keep up the awesome content
$2500 a month for my new Peterbilt I purchased for my transportation company. 42 month deal. I’ve been running my business. Looks like I missed a few of your videos Will. Where’s your F8? Nice 488 as well.
I wonder a lot about upgrading to a Ferrari, my main issue is that I would be compelled to not drive it because I would worry about it holding its value. To me, that would take away the fun for me. I really like to drive my sports/supercars when weather allows. There isn’t a better joy than being out on the road making noise with the throttle near the floor. But maybe someday I’ll dip my toes into Ferrari-land
To be honest, I have a F8 Spyder with 500 miles on it. I got the 488 because I did not want to put more miles on the F8 Spyder and lose money on it on resale. I am selling the F8 however before my new 911 Carrera T comes in. Ferrari is good. Very predictable driving characteristics but Lambo is the best in my opinion.
@@WillMotivation That move makes sense if you're not driving the F8. I haven't driven a Ferrari yet (although I will be soon) but what I love about Lambo is the NA engines (V10 and V12) as well as the drama. Especially in this age of forced induction and electrification, nothing can compare to the sound and feel of those cars. I feel like I'm a Lambo guy myself (I drive an R8 which has that drivetrain and I love it)
Question, do you have any courses or mentorship programs. I was looking at buying an entry level exotic car or sports car rather. I feel like you’re guidance would help me in doing so. This was a great video!
Congrats on the car. I’ve always wondered if these cars are that great that they’re worth almost $300K? Also what are maintenance costs on a car like this?
You’re missing one very important concept for high earners. Depreciation… if you earn significant income and your business owns the car you can write off the entire value of the car against your income. Example your business makes 1m per year and your car is 500k you can get bonus depreciation on the vehicle and reduce your business income to 500k therefore paying taxes on 500k vs 1mm.
Will, with these exceptionally high interest rates, I'm planning to make a down payment of 30K for an 85K purchase, my G87. My plan is to continue making larger payments and considering the 50% payments every two weeks. However, does it make sense to opt for a 60-month loan or 72-month loan? I was inclined towards choosing 60 for lower interest rates, but with a smaller monthly payment, I can afford to make larger payments.
Hey Will-Mote, that '18 Ferrari is spectacular fella' - What is the FULL coverage yearly insurance premium on this model in Ohio ?!? 🚘🔍. 💸💸💸 BTW - are you still planning to do a Y-T collaboration with M. AutoVlog ?!? Many Thanks Yo ! 👉. 💯
@@WillMotivation You spent 5 minutes telling us you financed it then said you didn't. Make better videos that aren't boring then maybe people will actually watch them.

I could actually swing that. Wouldn’t be a good financial decision, but good to know I’m probably not too far off.

Sounds great!
Can you show us proof that you bought it all cash?
Yep but why? Because someone I don’t know doesn’t believe me?
@@WillMotivation Will motivates us. Won’t you?
what if you don't pay that much amount of monthly payment
Also do you think this is a reliable car? for cruising and road trips?
Sure. I drove my Ferrari F8 from Seattle Washington to Ohio over like 3 days and no problems.
This 488 or m4 is more comfort for long 24h trip ?
M4 easy

Yessir !! Insurances is about $3000 a year
Cash...$$$..big money will
You are very wealthy 👏
Wealthy in friends!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Why not just buy it flat out - monthly payments means it’s out of budget
I did buy it cash 💰 but with that amount of money sometimes it makes sense to finance it to give you options
If you need to make monthly payments on a Ferrari… you’re not rich enough to have a Ferrari…
That doesn’t make sense
Classic case of trying to look rich
Classic case of opening your mouth without knowing what or who you’re talking about.
@@WillMotivation Bro you are borrowing money for a depreciating asset.
@zachjones2346 this is what happens when you don’t watch the complete video haha knew it. The car is paid off
