    Doing this and the internal rotation video and seriously my knees have been feeling absolutely awesome. After doing these I can painlessly sit on my knees and also ATG squat much deeper afterwards. You have any more knee information or videos that can open them up more? This stuff is serious 💰

    I’ll never know if I’m using my “knee” or ankle/hips to rotate. I’ll just keep doing this.

    I hope this new routine helps my knees cause they've been hurting/sore lately! Do you have any suggestions or perhaps do a video in the future for feet? I have occasional planter fasciitis, and some feet yoga would really help. Thanks for all you guys do!

    I‘m a student and in the winter-break i always work as a skiing instructor. When teaching beginners (be it children oder adults) you have to show them how to break in the `pizza-position`. The tips of your skis should nearly touch and the ends should be as wide apart as possible. Doing this feels so uncomfortable for me. The hip and knee mobility videos are perfect for this! Thank you very much. :)

    i only feel this on my ankles :( i notice alot of other muscles are really tight. Do you think that is what is stopping me from feeling it in the knnee?

    if i go too low in chair pose and focus on form too low ill always mess up my right knee everytime i have to squat very very low in chair pose to not hurt myself hopefully this helps that because its been so frustrating!

    please can you do a elbow mobility video. ive not been able to do ANY exercise in over a year when using my elbows. i used to be able to do muscle ups, pull ups, dips, press ups and now i cant do any and its horrible. calisthenics was my passion now i cant do any of it

      we recommend doing our daily CARS routine for the elbows, that is usually enough to increase mobility!

    Hi, any idea can poor knee internal rotation cause plantar fasciitis? I just find out this week that I have a poor knee internal rotation in my leg which has been suffering from PF for too long and no exercises seem to help.

      I've also checked. But couldn't find. There are two videos for external and internal. I am having struggle to bend the right knee only and looking for some exercises for it.
