    I broke my left knee 6 years ago in a bike crash (god, it hurts). It's OK now, but I'm always with a little pain. After this class... this is the first time in all those years that I'm not feeling that pain anymore...
    I've been doing yoga for 2 years and you guys are present in my life almost everyday. Can't thank you enough for improve my life so much. Hope to see you guys here in Brazil someday.

      the solution seems simple, less closed guard. for me it also came from always half guard on the same side and knee shields. good to switch it up!

    What’s the chance ya’ll would be willing to add a couple more minutes of blank space to the end of some of your videos after shivasana? UA-cam always plays ads automatically at the end and it’s a bit jarring. Otherwise thank you so much for this channel!!

    • @BreatheAndFlow
      @BreatheAndFlow  3 роки тому

      you need to turn off auto play in the youtube player settings and then you can stay in savasana for as long as you like. although in this video there was no savasana anyway.

    Please may I ask you for some advice?
    I did this routine several hours ago and afterwards felt a considerable amount of pain in my ankles and wrists however no aches in my knees. The pain in my ankles have gone however I still have pain in one wrist and it feels very fragile.
    Have you any advice on technique and how to recover from this?
    Many thanks

    • @LordPop-jd3nq
      @LordPop-jd3nq 2 місяці тому

      (2 years later) :if i may respond : generally the muscles in the lower body are much stronger than those in the upper body that's why counter pulling the ankles will require more strength from the wrist that's why you'd feel them the most

    Hi Bre and Flo! I feel this a lot in the ankle, not in the knee. Is this normal?
    How can I focus on the knee and not the ankle? Should I be working on more ankle mobility? I always thought my ankle mobility was great but having second thoughts now.
