I am suffering chronic illness for years now panic attack, anxiety, depression, stressed everyday my life is a mess I almost took my own life because I am so exhausted physically, emotionally, mentally, financially I am drained Been mocked, humiliated, hated, judge, bullied by people they do not understand my situation. Watching your 30mins life on UA-cam is my daily escaped and diversion, life sucks sometimes but we do not have a choice we keep on moving because we cannot go back. That's life keep going! When you can help other people who feel and understand what you are going through its an amazing feeling. It helps give you purpose and you love yourself and what you do. My daughter and I talked about this subject tonight. We went through a very traumatic thing a little over two years ago. Some folks think we should be over it by now but there are days when a noise, smell or even something someone says will trigger the hurt and fear we both went through and we have panic attacks. We both watch your video's here on youtube to take our minds off things and to laugh a little bit too. We have even tried dumpster diving and going through trash on the side of the road. I have started metal detecting and fixing up furniture. I love your video's because you are just like everybody else. It helps my daughter feel ok on our bad days and good days. I'm very thankful that we found your family here.

I just found your videos not long ago and I love them! You guys are awesome! You guys are real! I know what Omar is going through with anxiety and depression. For the past 2 years I have worried about losing my home. But it seems like things are going to work out. Besides worrying about my home I had to go through months of physical therapy for my shoulder and then I had surgery and more physical therapy. Then physical therapy for my back until I found out I have slipped discs and degenerative disc disease and now I have to go to a pain doctor. Your videos bring a smile to my face. I'm from Kentucky and I'm sorry you got sick from coming here. I hope you feel better soon.

I have depression due to haveing a unknown heart problem that docs dont no what it is, I struggle to find work due to it yet the goverment will not help due to the doctors not saying whats wrong with me and how it affects me so I have no job no help from the goverment to help me live my gf puts in a tone of hours and that gets me down due to it should be me working the long hours and it hurts alot. I cannot run and play with my kids in the park due to how breathless i get and its upsetting but I still love life at the same time I have 2 amazing lads and a beautiful gf and a family tht try so hard to help . I love you guys! ❤️ You don't have to apologize for the rant. Sometimes things just need to be said! :) Haters are just miserable for some reason and try to make others feel the same way they do. Everyone has their off days or something going on with them on the daily. My daily is...I deal with ptsd, depression, severe anxiety and panic attacks every waking day of mine life. It's very hard to deal with it and I'm seriously over it, but you just can't flip a switch and "shut it all off" and move on with life...you just have to learn how to deal and live the life you live the best you possibly can :) and try not to sweat the small things (and haters lol)! Soooo anyway on another note lol.... I ate at Panera Bread once, I had some sort of sandwich and soup (sorry I can't remember what it was called because it was around 4 years ago) it was so nasty. I even tried a bite of a different kind of sandwich and soup that my friend was eating and all of it was so nasty and not to mention expensive for such the small portion they give you. Literally, the sandwich was shaped like a twisted (hard!) hotdog bun cut in half and they gave me half of it with a tiny soup for around $15! Ridiculous! I will never eat there again, yuck! Everyone's tastes are different tho, so go try it for yourselves, but keep in mind you're going to hand over a pretty good chunk of change for a tiny meal that could possibly taste nasty to you. lol Maybe Panera changed from my experience 4 years ago, but I'm still not going back lol.

Maria Nunez agree! Simple things like vitamin C, magnesium, b-12, iodine, and trace minerals will do wonders to your health. If people ate organic again and all the manufacturers stopped using chemicals in everything 99% of us would all be healthy again.

I just had knee surgery they reconstructed 4 ligaments in my knee and I've been in a lot of pain, I've had to just lay on the couch all summer while watching my friends have fun, and your videos(especially your exploration videos 😂) have helped me forget about the pain, so thank you it means more than you know! 💜💜💜

I have depression due to haveing a unknown heart problem that docs dont no what it is, I struggle to find work due to it yet the goverment will not help due to the doctors not saying whats wrong with me and how it affects me so I have no job no help from the goverment to help me live my gf puts in a tone of hours and that gets me down due to it should be me working the long hours and it hurts alot. I cannot run and play with my kids in the park due to how breathless i get and its upsetting but I still love life at the same time I have 2 amazing lads and a beautiful gf and a family tht try so hard to help . Omar your a legend at what u do and a true family man that's wy i watch your content haters are just jealous people that want to have what u have but don't . Omar family love u all Peace out. I love you guys! ❤️ You don't have to apologize for the rant. Sometimes things just need to be said! :) Haters are just miserable for some reason and try to make others feel the same way they do. Everyone has their off days or something going on with them on the daily. My daily is...I deal with ptsd, depression, severe anxiety and panic attacks every waking day of mine life. It's very hard to deal with it and I'm seriously over it, but you just can't flip a switch and "shut it all off" and move on with life...you just have to learn how to deal and live the life you live the best you possibly can :) and try not to sweat the small things (and haters lol)!

I ate at Panera Bread once, I had some sort of sandwich and soup (sorry I can't remember what it was called because it was around 4 years ago) it was so nasty. I even tried a bite of a different kind of sandwich and soup that my friend was eating and all of it was so nasty and not to mention expensive for such the small portion they give you. Literally, the sandwich was shaped like a twisted (hard!) hotdog bun cut in half and they gave me half of it with a tiny soup for around $15! Ridiculous! I will never eat there again, yuck! Everyone's tastes are different tho, so go try it for yourselves, but keep in mind you're going to hand over a pretty good chunk of change for a tiny meal that could possibly taste nasty to you. lol Maybe Panera changed from my experience 4 years ago, but I'm still not going back lol.
Pai Pai Paisley it's overpriced soup and sandwiches/salad. You can probably do the same for dollars less at home.

Your channel is great Omar. I have watched your work for a long time now and never gonna stop! I agree with what yous say we all have our personal issues and depression needs to be more noticed. I lost a friend two months ago due to suicide and we never noticed his troubles. We all have to take more attention and have more awareness for depression.

You seem to be a truly descent guy and your family seem pretty balanced, which is about the best any of us can hope for. I have never seen you ask for money in any of the videos I've seen. I just had knee surgery they reconstructed 4 ligaments in my knee and I've been in a lot of pain, I've had to just lay on the couch all summer while watching my friends have fun, and your videos(especially your exploration videos 😂) have helped me forget about the pain, so thank you it means more than you know! 💜💜💜
