Coheed and Cambria performed an intimate set of acoustic tunes at the Taylor Guitars booth during the 2011 NAMM show.

God, this song is fucking amazing. I just revisited this album and its so underappreciated. Despite people saying the mixing is bad I love this album and every song is amazing.

Mic's tone is perfect here. The ideal bass sound for an acoustic performance, I think.
When I first saw this video years ago I at first thought that that was a single tear running down claudios face. Thinking this made me fall in love with the song even more because of the emotional ties i have with it. Deep down I felt this wasnt probable, that it was most likely just sweat, but still I clutched on to the possibility that he was in fact crying. When you hear him say the word "drown" it sounds as if hes choked up, like hes got a "frog" in his throat. Makes me wonder. Haha...I still like to think his own words in song brought him to tears. This song is touching and beautiful. I can only hope to achieve such an experience with my own music.
Jared Oliphant it is an actual tear. the real meaning behind the song is about Claudio's Aunt that died from health issues. this performance was very close to when the the album released and his aunts passing.
Yeah i have to agree with the previous response claudio has all of his life tied into his music and his comic boom no matter how many people try to argue it he stated it numerous times. A little food for thought over the past decade ive seen them 10 times and about half of those i was front two rows this is the only time ive ever seen claudio like this on stage. And yes that is a tear use a big screen and when you think you see it the very first time freeze frame. I was hurting so much because i wondered the same thing add that in with his arm tattoo..... it says on a tombstone......"everything was beautiful and nothing hurt"......

Man these guys are an absolute dream. The Amory Wars are perfect, when sometimes you just need to get lost for a little while of the wars in space, the adventures of The Keywork, and the chaoticness of the rising of Wilhiem Ryan......

I did not think I could have any more respect for that man than I already do but he continues to inspire and amaze me, I'm thankful I had the chance to meet him.

Whenever I start to drift away from Coheed and haven't listened that much to them in a while I for some reason find this video again and it reminds me why they are my favourite band. Awesome performance.

Brings me teary eyes every time. The chapter tore a part of my Coheed heart. My favorite female character hands down. Her sacrifice was so heartwrenching, and solemnly beautiful. Thank you for making such an amazing literary-musical antidote to morose love.

Thanks to a guy mentioning about this band in another video i got here. They are amazing.
My recomenation "Ling Tosite Sigure"(Japanese band) They have crazy music.

His voice is just touching, when he sings its like he hits you in the heart man, you understand everything and noticing that tear shows his emotions coming out for the things he loves his music.
