Staggered at the quality of work Vango do, what a beautiful light restoration, a one stop shop for cars like the Bentley is a rare thing indeed, clearly takes huge pride and that's worth a huge amount.

Lots of scratches are still visible on the chrome of the front grill.
@@MrCumstein I mean, the guy said, "some scratches in the chrome, so we tried to get those out." They would have to replate it to make it perfect.
@@MrCumstein Chrome is not like paint, where you can sand it down past all the scratches and then polish it back up.
I wouldn't worry too much about that check engine light. I saw you opened the bonnet earlier and you definitely checked that the engine was still there.

@@stavrosteve Well it was the early to mid 90's, airbags were coming in and people didnt know how to hide or style them well, and they had to be functional and meet the standard so alot of manufactuers borrowed other car parts, so I would wadger your statement could actually be true for all I know, as the research to go into a steering wheel, a new airbagged steering wheel I read somewhere once is 22 million
as you have to put it in a car, crash test it do it again and you have to have the clockwork switches the sensors and all of that and it has to consistantly work many times over
its why no matter how many times they change the body, the wheels stay the same.

Stewart really is the MVP. With all of the cool cars in Hoovie's garage (and their original prices) they all still looked quite hooptie.

The Hooptie customer sticker car is a turbo charged Ford FGX from Australia. If you want to drive a fast car, drive a 6 cylinder turbo charged automatic Falcon. It will surprise the shit out of you.

Akrapovic for my Ducati is $8k, and that has 2 cylinders. I would say $15k is reasonable.

Years ago I worked for an auto recycler (junkyard). The ILL state police had three auto carriers full of seized Lincolns, Lamborghini's and Rolls Royces, and many other expensive cars. Also, add in one truck of guns. It was an awesome day crushing and shredding them to tin can size chunks to every one of them.

I had a moan like that in one of my vehicles that turned out to be in the Air injection system non return valves. That was quickly and easily fixed by some strategic ball bearing placement.
I had a 300zx that made a gurgling noise behind the front passenger wheel at idle, it was also from the air injection system.
Ha! The Bentley being high maintenance showing a check engine after a bunch of work like it should. Hilarious. I love that Hoovie does all the crazy car things that most of us would like to do, but were warned not to. Everyone loves a too-good-to-be-true deal, and here we get to see if those cautionary tales were accurate. Priceless entertainment and learning.

May not be anything really bad with the Bentley, when I was detailing cars there were a few that when cleaning out the engine bay, the check Engine light would come on with a misfire code. It had something to do with one of the electronics getting wet (distributor or coil packs usually), and when it dried out would go away.
More Hoovies content is just what I was looking for!!!!🙏🏻😮💨

Hoovie has the hookup! Vango really making that Bentley scream "look at me"! Of course the CEL came on right after leaving Vango....cause the Bentley misses the Car Wizard.
I love that Hoovie is able to keep all these "Hooptie" rides moving along, and paying real money doing it. Such a shame we won't be able to see that pretty exhaust after the Wizard installs it. It's so pretty...LOL

Sound comes back when under load.” My guess is that means transmission. Less likely but also possibly wheel bearing or CV joint. Hopefully, Capristo just drounds it out.

@@edlingja1 Wizard seems to focus more on youtube than being a decent mechanic. Look how many cars come back with the same or overlooked issues. Look how much Tyler spends and Wizard can't be bothered to do a quick carwash after a $13,000 repair bill. I have been in the industry for a while. There are ways to diagnose other than throw parts at a car and see if your problem goes away.
It's amazing to think that Hoovy might be able to write all of these bills and purchases off as work expenses on his taxes. Hoovy, if you manage to see this comment, I'd love to hear how that process works.

The original problem could have been solved with a 3/16 drill bit, a pitot tube, a TIG welder, and someone who understands fluid flow characteristics. All total, you probably cou
ld have gotten a resolution for less than 2500.00.
For future reference #Hooviesgarage, it's typically called "exhaust drool". It is a pretty common thing with custom exhaust made by people who don't understand the characteristics of exhaust dynamics .
