I had all over body twitching for 2 months after major health anxiety episodes. Your videos were a life saver 🙏
I found out that my anxiety caused hypothyroidism. This underactive thyroid TSH at 7 was causing the twitching, once on medication the twitching stopped. With anxiety we have our thyroids affected, everyone with anxiety get your thyroid checked out!
    Thank you Cherelle ❤️

Many years back I had all over body twitching. I was petrified as I thought I had a terrible neurological disease and it was around the time that Mad Cow disease was hitting the headlines. It was anxiety. My poor nerve ends were so frazzled with the constant worry. Once I knew it was only anxiety they kind of vanished over night.

Pretty mind blowing how that happens, isn't it? It's like anxiety is some devious trickster playing games with us. That vanishing overnight happens to me with every other symptom that visits upon me, once I've managed to gain reassurance. Unfortunately, another terminal illness typically pops right up in It's place.
Hope you're doing well on your recovery journey.

Did your twitches eventually stop or decrease, if they did? Was it perhaps something you ate? What dietary supplements are/were you taking? I've heard you mention magnesium and zinc? Did you take anything else? Did you maybe change your diet as well? Thanks for your encouraging videos, they really help.

I have twitching since being diagnosed with Hashimotos. It drives me crazy and I cry every day. I want to to stop so bad. I hate it because I google everything and it’s all bad info so my head thinks all day I have horrible disease. I really want more information on the workshop. I live in California

I had twitching but mine was due to breast implant illness that caused alot of auto immune symptoms. I've since removed implants in Dec and the scary and annoying twitching that was non stop day and night seconds in between the next twitching are now gone! 🙌 Googling is not recommended look deeper into the cause. Praying you find answers & healing.

It feels like I have written this comment. Got to know I had hashimoto’s and was told if you have one autoimmune disease you can get another one. Been to a neurologist. He said looks like anxiety come back if symptoms get worse. Have been going down the rabbit whole ever since. It’s been 2 yrs twitches getting worse. 😖

My old friend twitching is back. The first time I had it, it nearly broke me with the worry, the second time I had it, it morphed into another health anxiety ( can’t remember if that was dementia or heart issues now) this time it’s started following high anxiety after an operation but I’m not giving it the time of day this time. However, annoyingly I’m giving other new symptoms all my energy. Exhausting!

I’ve been twitching for 2 months. My calf just twitched right now as I’m writing this. They’re barely noticeable now. A couple weeks ago they were so bad I couldn’t sit down without twitching all over. They didn’t change until I said fuck it. Gods will be done. My anxiety was I’d die like my father who had ALS. But I can’t control that and giving over my need to control the uncontrollable has pretty much just made me ignore the twitches and just go back to living like normal. They all started when I had a lump in my cheek I thought was cancer. It wasn’t. I had an infected salivary gland. But I was so worried that I made myself twitch. Then when the twitching started I forgot all about the lump 😂. Now I just have to say fuck it. Is what it is. Nothing I can do.

Exactly my experience@@sancfireactual307 - I thought I had a brain tumour for 2 months then that went away and twitching started. 2 months twitching now. I can't sleep. Excercise only makes it worse. Need help! Tried to forget it but I twitch somewhere every 1-5 seconds!

@@fresharsenal I’m with you man. Been twitching all day. I’m exhausted. I’m still waiting on my neuro consult. So I haven’t even gotten to that point yet.

@@sancfireactual307 I had an emg a month ago and my neuro wasn’t worried. But I only had it in like 2 muscles and now my elbow (not emg) is constantly going 24/7. I’ve read if a muscle is done nearby though it would’ve showed something ?
