Honestly their is some Irony in Claire who lectures about ego and doing the right thing but is pushing her project and acts like a savior with some savior complex. And her pushing ANNA in my opinion makes her arguably more dangerous because as much as binary morality of Isaac is flawed, ANNA presents entirely knee problems with AI and in the sense it’s a weapon system with a personality as shown when it label Mr. Ortiz as hostile sarcastically.

What if the Hunters were secretly using the tech combination of ISAC, ANNA, and DIAMOND? Like, Claire said to McManus if he wants tech for a more discreet and serious unit, she can combine the 3 AI systems.

This in return will also mean that ANNA can corrupt other SHD tech as well and turn the SHD tech against humanity.

NGN also covered ANNA lore several months ago which revealed that ANNA passed a lot of the Self aware Actual Intelligence tests when she was being developed along side Diamond and ISAC. It is why they were concerned with using ANNA and had to favor ISAC over her due to possible dangers. Not to mention ANNA's morale compass is a bit dangerous which is another reason why they had to favor ISAC.

ANNA is obviously more sentient than ISAAC. The above comment could be construed as a warning for AI. Ever seen the Terminator or Transcendence?
